Excellent woodworking! Greetings from Finland 🇫🇮
Awesome works for our tools ⚒️ ❤thanks for your clips 🎉
Never knew that so many large wooden hammers are required in the world.
Thankyou for showing us this. I wondered who made the hammers that I have seen on videos of tatemae, and your process is very interesting.
I always thought they are polished by hand
From start to finish, the manufacturing process flows effortlessly to create a well crafted product. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for your videos always
Quy trình sản xuất búa hàng loạt dụng cụ Nhật Bản, Rất hiện đại & tuyệt vời 🇯🇵👍.
Hard to imagine there is a big market for such hammers these days!
they are used to assemble traditional timber framed construction throughout Japan.
@@bristleconepinus2378 Hi, Thanks, I'd forgotten about those houses.
Pretty amazing process. It's really cool to see how refined the process is for making those hammers and how many different types of machines are used!
i wonder how many newbies get their arm wrapped with that blue strap?
I think you'll find a wooden hammer is called a mallet. Thanks for the demonstration I was wondering how it was used.
Fascinating. Those hammers should last several weeks on a job site.
Yeah. Must have a special purpose and not general construction
Birçok videonuzu izledim. Japon işçiliğine hayranım , her alanda çok başarılısınız Türkiye'den sevgiler ❤
I think this is more like a wooden mallet than a hammer. thanks for video as well.
Excelente trabajo
0:00 video title should be “Mass production of wooden mallets by a Japanese factory with a long history”
It's Hammer time!
I'm amazed at the lack of lubrication on the gears.

👍👍👍
G`day from Australia Bloody good work
Best of Best 👍
Brilliant video .
Hammerin Harry aproves
8:14 better title: “Boxing for shipping. Long mallets are packed unassembled to reduce volume and therefore lower shipping costs.”
thanks
Persekitaran kilang bersih..
Swing that thing like you live man, hard😂
Seriously though, what does the number 120 signify?
Excellent!
I have never ever seen anyone using a wooden hammer in construction, is this a japan only tradition
Wow😊
i mean it's just a bunch of machines making a hammer but still very entertaining.
Wooden mallets.
6:18 should be “Sanding handles to a final finish“
4:21 should be “Planer removes any bends and trims wood to correct material thickness”
As we see handles burning, there is quite a high number of rejects...
3:23 should be “Mallet heads are soaked in hot wax to prevent cracking”
It's the famous Smash Brothers hammer lol

Will these hammers of the gods drive my ships to new lands?

🔨👍
7:09 should be “Applying product label”
intelligent
When your only tool is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail.
Those are not hammers, they are Mallets
Customers assemble the hammer by themselves?
It depends on the size of the product
It ships better separate. The head drops down on the handle like a pick ax. The handle can be replaced easily that way too.
Where do you get the oak wood from 😊
acorns
What is the name of the mallet/hammer, I think is a toy made of wood that makes a unique sound when it hits something?
apik(Java langue)
0:29 1cm close to the fingers..
Where Eustice got his mallet
Why using background music when the sound of the real tool is so much better?
We are missing something. At 1:10 he's cutting the head blanks. He is NOT Measuring. You can see for your self by where he lines up the end of the wood. He's all over the place. Yet the next step where he puts the pieces in the rack and they drop down, each piece is almost the exact same size to the point of almost touching the metal rails.
You can see how he moves the cut piece to the side and it lines up perfectly with the previous pieces.
Where can I buy one?
How do I purchase one of these hammers?

🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Wrong title, those are mallets, not hammers.
What kind of wood do they use to make hammer itself and its handle?
oak wood / дубовая древесина
price?
Where can I order one?
Please check the video summary!
Great traditional tool, beautifully made. But fewer trees would be cut down if the heads were made of steel. They would never wear out .This explains how they perpetuate production.
How can I get one of those hammers
Theres link under vid click more..😊
