No wonder Nittaku is a bit expensive but very satisfying tabble tennis equipment, the process is very detail and mostly done by hand, well done Nittaku! I'm a user and a big fan of Nittaku brand
Beautiful video. Thanks for sharing. I'm an Industrial Engineer, really appreciate it. I love table tennis. Never had played with Nittaku equipment before, but I'm sure my next blade with be one of these beautiful hand made ones. I use to play with Butterfly blades since quite a long time. A big hug for all of you Nittaku people, from Lima, Perú.
Que vídeo fantástico. A fábrica da Nitakku Table Tennis. Sou fã e usuário dos produtos Nitakku a 35 anos. Qualidade incrivel. Muito obrigado. From the Brazil. Congratulations
Industrial production videos like this highlight just how much effort goes into making everything we take for granted in our lives. It makes no odds if it’s table tennis bats , sausages or motorcycles or whatever. The people that set up the production process for these goods are amazing. 🙏🙏
Wow amazing manufacturing... I had never considered Nittaku blades, I guess less marketing than the Chinese (DHS) and European brands (Tibhar, Stiga, Andro) which sucked me in. My next blade purchase will 100% be a Nittaku, that sawing of the Cypress the processing totally sold me, no way the others keep up with this level of quality.
The term "bat" is more commonly associated with sports like paddle, cricket and baseball, where a wooden or metal implement is used to strike a ball. In contrast to a "bat", a "racket" or "racquet" has strings that are used to strike the shuttlecock (or ball in sports such as tennis, squash and racket ball)
Table tennis has been my passion not just as a sport but also with the integral aspects encompassing the game. The rubbers and sponge, the wood and carbon fibers, plastic/poly balls, the shoes, etc. I love everything about them. Please, someone help me how to have this kind of job because I would love to work to this kinds of factories. I am a table tennis player too and used various brands as my equipment but Nittaku is my personal preferred brand of them all. The touch, the feeling for which is unparalleled and the quality of their products is top notch.
The correct title for the sport in the UK and the rest of the world is "table tennis". This is because "ping pong" is a trade mark, number 233177, registered by the London toy importers and manufacturers Hamley Brothers on 20 September 1900 for their version of table tennis manufactured by John Jaques & Son.
Are the balls slightly bigger now? Didn’t that just change recently to slow down the game a bit? Also, when are the rubberized pads added? I didn’t see that during production.
@13:44 No Way, we get to see ping pong balls get made too?!? (I don't think I know any way that the halves come together... like how do they do that?) @14:09 ....(proprietary process) ... NOoOOOOOoooo!! LMAO..
Interessantes Video.
well, sure, they didn't show the MOST interesting part of hit, how they glue plyes with famous music instuments glue (which may be a vulgar rabbit skin based glue)...
They are here called rackets, 🏸🏸. we always did and still do , call them table tennis bats 🏓🏓🏓🏓🏓 It is 70 yrs ago that I played regularly, but if I remember correctly our bats were faced with cork one side and very fine rubber the other .

This brand is so close to my heart. Grew up with their products over 40 years ago.😊
Such a precision handwork, this is amazing. I am proud to play with Nittaku blads and rubbers. 🥰
This is amazing! I’m so impressed with how it turned out!
I like to see human oriented industry where the pace of machinery is directed by the worker instead of the other way around.
Fantastic process thanks for sharing!
I love watching these kinds of videos to understand how things we use are made...

Nittaku 3 stars ball is the best❤

Nittaku the premium quality products very interesting and informative video like it
It’s wonderful. Thank you very much
Amazed by how meticulously the products are made.

I love ❤ Nittaku balls
Since I was a kid, the best balls. 40 years ago. In Colombia
Its neat to see the different levels of automation!
This was utterly fascinating!
7:50 muito habilidoso 👏
Very good and interesting to see how rackets and balls are manufactured 10 points for this video ;)
I love ❤ Nittaku balls

it's amazing this kind of business is still alive in Japan. I thought everything is made in China.
I am purchasing a table and paddles today from this company for one of my homes,
Congratulations, wonderful💜

Japanese blades have best balance
What wood do you use for the bats.. is it different to the wood used for the handles?
I always thought Japan have very high safety standard but this video prove me wrong
Pekerja yang teliti menghasilkan karya yang rapi
15:22 Indian guy.... We Indian's are everywhere 😂😂. Proud to be an indian.❤
I suspect the top secret proprietary process for joining 2 halves of the ping pong ball is friction welding.
I have violin , acoustic , acoustic carbon and after i saw how they built it i love them more :)
These bats are AU$280 if anyone is wondering how they can afford so many staff members working on these.
Amazing journey❤

Ternyata prosesnya njlimet

Sebagian komponen masih hand made, pabrik jepang sangat teliti dalam semua produk
Sản xuất vợt và bóng bàn. Nhà máy Nhật Bản, Chế tác vợt sang trọng tuyệt vời 🇯🇵👍.
14.10min. a magiician machine. the robot throws 2 pairs of half balls in and 2 complete balls were coming out.. wonder company!
13:30 The topmost box was upside down. This is unacceptable.

The company was founded 1920, and the machines are the same since then.
My question is how many people in one factory....
@13:44 No Way, we get to see ping pong balls get made too?!? (I don't think I know any way that the halves come together... like how do they do that?)
@14:09 ....(proprietary process) ... NOoOOOOOoooo!! LMAO..
They use magic 😁
Best of Best 👍
make butterfly one pls
You cut trees of 250 years age, can you subtitute with man made material ?
It seems like a tragic waste of very nice timber. How many bats can they make from one mature tree?
nice video❤
I Love no elf and safety. Just like my workshop.

Doctoral of pliwood..!

Cara lapis karbonnya tidak kelihatan
Nice ❤

its very odd to me the way you show the whole process first. 45 seconds in and we know all the major steps already.
They are here called rackets, 🏸🏸. we always did and still do , call them table tennis bats 🏓🏓🏓🏓🏓
It is 70 yrs ago that I played regularly, but if I remember correctly our bats were faced with cork one side and very fine rubber the other .
I just paid $3 apiece for those balls.
0:01/1:04/13:36/18:27
Those be some tasty looking egg and waffles
Gonna ignore that "don't play with your food" advice.
amazing
I work there but no more cut my hand off, they make fun of me , call me lefty ,but I have no left hand . Thanks Righty
