We have Gru (Despicable me , Despicable me 2, Despicable 3, Minions , Minions the rise of Gru) , Vector Perkins (Despicable me), El Macho (Despicable me 2), Balthazar Bratt (Despicable me 3), Scarlet Overkill (Minions) and Belle Bottom & The Vicious 6 (Minions Rise of Gru) oh and Wild Knuckles ofcourse. Belle Bottom was probably the worst Despicable Me villain in my opinion. Scarlet got bested by over 300 indestructible minions but Belle got bested by a literal child. Even Balthazar Bratt was better.

You could argue that in Despicable Me 3 Gru is pardoned since he's working for the AVL as a full agent. The AVL in DM2, Rise of Gru, 3 and 4 are shown to have the power to make an arrest and obtain warrants; meaning they work at least within US law. In 4 we see they also run a prison which appears to follow US regulations. In that same movie Gru also shows his shield/badge. With all that in mind one could argue that the AVL is like the FBI or any other 3 letter agency in the US thus if he's an agent he must have been pardon so he may work for the agency.

Hey, I have an idea for a video, what if Dhar Mann Studios villains were charged for their crimes from TH-cam? For example, there’s Mischief Mikey from his own series where he escapes jail, forces an airplane to land, etc. There’s also Jay, Mikey’s former partner in crime (Even though they’re kid actors, no offense), as he commits those exact crimes with Mikey as well as his own series called Jay’s World, just a suggestion though 🥸🤘
