I love this storyline. And I am so glad that they brought romance back into the show. These two have amazing chemistry and challenge each other but at the same time support each other and care about each other. This scene was perfect!!!
I really love Lucas and Simone. I give mad props to him for being respectful and speaking from his heart. Now I think she will not go thru with it. Not just because of Lucas but that dude isn’t her lobster lol And the fact she cried it resonated with her and she def likes her some Lucas 😃
The way he says "dont get married" 😩 literal breath of fresh air when he finally said it to her 😩 u can tell he been wantin to say that to her for awhile but its like he didnt wanna be rude/disrespectful about it... i swear if they dont keep them as a power couple im not watchin this show ever again😭😭😭

Greys is gonna be on forever so I'm almost certain she's going to still get married. They aren't going to let the storyline play out the same. Lucas will go on a downward spiral while Simone stays unhappily married Iike she doesn't know she can get a divorce. Lucas will cut her off but she will find a way to help him through his struggles. She will cheat on her husband for months. He will find out and be devastated. He will divorce Simone. Then as soon as she's in the clear another problem will pop up that stops Lucas/Simone relationship. Welcome to Greys season 42. And I will be still watching 😂
Trey is a short term character on the show so I doubt Simone marries trey but I expect a fight between lucas and trey during the season finale episodes

lol 😂I've mine own theory that involves drama and it's pretty Japril-esque, still I can't help but think that the real plot twist would be if Simone actually married trash ass Trey since everyone is so sure it's a Jackson and April 2.0 -- also , the actors themselves said that a very bumpy road awaits Simone and Lucas so.. it would make sense. that would be hilarious AF if she really did marry Trey🤣 truly shocking, the least expected plot twist.

Lucky I was home alone because I squealed loud af. go, boy! 😂😅 his speech and in general the way he looks at her makes my knees soft. Lucas and Simone are definitly hybrid of MerDer and Japril however I think at the wedding we can expect something more like Burkina-esque (Burke and Cristina) shit than Japril-esque shit. I think Simone will be the one who will serve the drama on her own wedding and I've feeling that it's her turn for a pompous emotional speech in good ol' Grey's style. Also , I believe that her grandma is the key, the final push for Simone to finally admit her feelings. can't wait!!!!

I hate that the writers made me dislike Simone so strongly, too quickly! She was so selfish with Lucas, and he's still telling her this beautiful speech. Yet!

What's your problem? She told him from the beginning " I CANT " SHE'S NOT BEING SELFISH! Just because he said something beautiful doesn't mean that she suppose to let go so guickly of someone that she supposed to get marry too. Why hate her because she trying to be real about her feeling and to let things be worked out by taking it slow?. She said she didn't want this to be a rebound. So that case she needed to take it slow. If something was meant to be will be with no regrets. She had no reason to fight for a relationship that had not even begun yet. "She like Lucas" So she had to be comfordent in what to do. What would you do in a situation like their? Unless you just hate her because she not fast to forget someone that she was about to marry? One step at a time is the way too handle that kind of situation. Especially when you're not sure of your feelings. Loving the way the both of them handlle things. So there is no one to be hated here. Stop looking at things only one way. Balance the situation. He could have told her this earlier. Sam said you have to ask, they both learned something just seeing themselves in other people affairs. So stop being so guick to hate but to consider that it more than two. But three in this game. You don't fight for what you have already. So it's lucas that have to fight to change her mind from the one she was about to marry. Experience can teach anyone if one go through it and come out with test passed.....

What I see from Grey's Anatomy is that Shonda Rhimes trying to put straight black characters marriage in healthy strong relationship while for white couple, Shonda make them having a lot of drama. Then added lesbian and or gay as spice with relationship drama. Then ended that lesbian or gay relationship unresolved love story line or break up with illogical reason.
Black characters are RARELY given solid relationships on tv and just bc one particular show creator does it you're finding fault? 🙄 Tell us that you're a racist without telling us that you're a racist. 😂
