She tells him that she doesn't think it's a good time for her to be in a relationship right now and she needs to put herself first. This was sad, but Lucas needed to say it to Simone. He’s been in love with her from day one and she needs to consider his feelings more. I love them together and I believe they are endgame. They will get back together hopefully before the season is over. Simone needs to get it together and show Lucas how much she wants him in her life, she loves him too. I’m looking forward to more of their love story.
I just hope we don’t have to wait till Season 23 for them to become an official couple.

These two will work it out. I love Lucas and Simone they are my favorites. However everything Lucas said to her is true, and she needed to hear all of it. Simone hasn’t considered his feelings much. She has romantic feelings for him, but she’s gone about it the wrong way at times. I think they will find their way back to each other after some time apart and once Simone gets herself together. No way are they done the feelings are too deep. They will be getting back together
Beautiful writing from Greys that I honestly never thought I’d see. For a whole season Simone has emotionally strung along Adams to the point of a toxic relationship being formed. However, instead of making Adams a villain they let him make the healthy decision and cut her off

However, Simone has treated Lucas like 💩 and it's about time he stood up for himself. They both need personal space from each other. They will definitely get back to each other.
On a side note, I feel like Kwan and Lucas are going to become the new Cristina & Meredith. I don't know why-just a feeling I'm getting. The new female interns aren’t close as Mer, Cristina, and Izzie were.

On last week’s episode, Lucas was back trying to get close to Simone again and he kept looking at her, he misses her. Also Simone wanted to talk to him but he was gone. These two still have feelings for each other. They will work it out. I love them and I hope they get back together by the end of the season.

I think Lucas and Simone will eventually work things out. Simone will do some soul searching and get herself together. Now that she is aware of how wrong she’s been and inconsiderate of Lucas’ feelings, she will do much better. I believe she will learn from her mistakes and show Lucas that she wants to be with him. She will have to work for it, but it will happen. These two are in love and this is Greys they are not ever really done. I can’t wait to see how they make their way back to each other.
