I basically have 2 builds now for Ronin. 1 for being support, giving ammo, high amount of healing and 1 build to be super aggressive with high damage. I really like this new super aggressive dmg build. Using the Water Katana with Oni and Melee Damage with Way of the Flame and Water Master Bomb Pack with Blast Radius and Status Effect Damage with Black Powder Bomb and Flash Bomb Stealth Charm with Ghost Weapon Damage and Cooldown Reduction on Kill with Fire Master and Impactful Throws Spirit Kunai with Ghost Weapon Damage and Cooldown Reduction on Kill with Hidden Blades and Super Massive Demon Seeds with Ghost Weapon Damage and Cooldown Reduction on Kill with Fired Up and Deep Bags Techniques: Healing Incense 50% more Ghost Weapon Damage 50% more Healing received 1 more legendary to equip
@@BozZsh1fty i practically use the same exact thing but i don’t use any healing i rely on the combat healing perk that restores 50 points. i very rarely go down so i don’t have any healing and just focus on attack only. except that i think i’ll use oni damage on my katana cause i’m using staggered damage with 13% and have the stagger damage increase 15% perk because when they step on demon seeds usually 1 or 2 stagger them so i when i throw my kunai i’m dealing extra damage to the enemies who are staggered
I just started this build, it’s a beast! I’ve been using the stoner striker and trying to get the water as the second perk. This build actually makes sense with the charm that strikes lighting.

Game changed so much it went back to vanilla lol. Having fun with the build I switched it up a bit and went for some resolve gain stats and swapped kunai for forbidden med for the extra health for me and others. Now I need to work on a sword with the melee and oni damage so everything can just be better.
Have almost the same build. Just switch out smoke for the new legendary gourd for lots of heavenly strikes 🙂. So many refill stations and only 15 waves, munitions is unnecessary now.
I wanna make you see caltrops with any spirit kunai build is a GAME CHANGER lol it's stats just work so much better with ronin then smoke and safety net bombs and you can run fired up on them. But I understand why you wanted to keep ammo up for this build. (Edit) I've tried an amalgamation of this build, I won't bore you with the details but just an FYI for anyone out there don't invest too much in blast radius, anymore then 25% and you find yourself getting caught in the radius of the black powder blast, especially in close quarter situations or throwing from smoke if you're targets aren't far away.

Only thing I run differently, is increase ronin healing by 50% (instead of extra resolve) b/c i get hit more than you!!! Lol. Got this variation from Gooshy. What I *love* about it, is that it totally changes my playstyle/frame of mind. I’m constantly moving from one point to another, not sitting in one spot to take adv of my incense. Much more aggressive/mobile playstyle... esp when trying to avoid those damn 👀 of Iyo !! Finally... been wanting to share this tip re: SS + WoF usage. I feel like I get much more mileage out my SS/WoF combos (and potentially obviate the need for addtl resolve perk)... if after pop WoF & throw out first stone strike, **throw out 2-3 dash-attack cancel flame attacks before each successive stone strike**. The enemy (usu lg Oni) stays staggered the whole time. Lemme know what u think, sensei... 🙏🏻

I like what you did here. I kind of have a mix of this and a build similar to gooshy. I run the Sarugami Katana for those three strikes after a parry but with all the bombs and fire. Love it.
Now that my Samurai is a Rank 125, and my Assassin is a Rank 105, and I have multiple builds for each, I plan to get Ronin to Rank 100, currently at 78, and Hunter to Rank 100, currently 65, and work on Multiple Builds for each. The only Cosmetics I have left to unlock are the Raid Outfits for Hunter and Ronin. Plan to finish getting those as well. I already had a Healing Build for the Ronin as well as a Hybrid Healing/Fire Build, I totally took this Build for my straight offensive Fire Ronin Build, I have a Water Master, Moon Master, Stone Master, and Wind Master Purple Katana for each class, but I made a Stone Striker/Stealth Charm build using the same stats and perks as this video other than another Oni Damage on the Stealth Charm, I have 17% Status Effect Damage. I can't believe I slept on Stone Master for so long, Other than Moon Master Cancel, which I do use from time to time, it's the highest DPS stance. Thanks for the build ideas, it's always been hard for me to come up with a good offensive Ronin Build. This one shreds tho. I would suggest, if you're running A Stone, Water, or Moon Katana, you're better off to have the Master of that stance as a perk versus another stance. Water Master does way more stagger damage and overall damage than Water Stance alone, same with all the other stances. If you decide to try Stone Stance, Stone Master makes a huge difference in the speed of your attacks and the the damage as well. Just a suggestion. I rerolled all my Katanas after discovering that and that was no small task, but totally worth it. Anyways, thanks again and take it easy bro.
I go Stealth charm for the extra ghost damage and caltrops for that and because it's one more route to get ghost damage. I find that I don't even use the bombs until the later waves because the caltrops are basically taking out the entire wave and any that are left over come through barely alive and are decimated by my spirit kunai. Once I start needing bombs to help out, as long as I can group them up, I have plenty of ghost offerings to still use. If I am using fire on ult and there's no healing ronin (playing w/randos) I just grab healing at the shrine as often as possible. Usually though, I can't rely on that and besides drop outs, some people can't stay alive without me holding them up. The only thing that messes with my flow is when I go take a position to cover 1 or 2 spawn points and I get some tag along samurai who decides to ult through before my caltrops can shred them or some noob who puts smoke bombs over the caltrops so they can't run into them. Absolutely agree about the fire barrels. Can't understand why I'm usually the only one setting them up for the later boss levels. One thing you haven't mentioned that you might want to try is using bridges and other choke points. Any place where they HAVE to pass through to get to the capture point is perfect for holding them off with a smoke bomb or using a flash bomb to let the stragglers catch up and then fire barrel or BP bombs. Bridges are my favorite and sometimes I have knocked them off bridges where they get fall damage or take so long getting back up the path that they burn before they get there. (Think lighthouse) Love what you do. I'm going to have to play with you some time.

Until I have double perks to get combat regen I'm just nervous about health. Might forego the extra ghost weapon damage for extra legendary and use the healing smoke bomb. Thanks a mil for the tips bud!
I ignored Lucky for 1 year but only because you had to give up any dps related perk. My Assassin was able to throw 4 smoke bombs at a spawn point and assassinate like no one else. It is certainly a great convinience for 2nd advantage slot.
I haven't used Black Powder on my Smoke Bomb in a very long time. It's cool and all, but Lucky is wayy better, especially with Munitions. I have more than enough fire damage to be able to do without that little bit of fire, you know? Plus, I use my smoke to block choke points, not really in the middle of enemies. Hope that clears it up a little fam! 🙏
Ok brother so finally I got my luck and dropped a heavenly rebuke charm…can’t thank you enough for this build video, this idea is what I was missing on my ronin, I can get all my gameplay from before but finally with some “ultimate” ability.. Thank you brother 🙏💪🔥
Trying out the other classes abit more and playing ronin for that forbidden medicine lolol. Solid build, love your builds man really suits my play style. That oni damage is cool Coz we are know what a monumental pain in ass they can be in nightmare or iyo chapters. But when I'm playing ronen and hit that ult thinking I'm about to melt the wave only to realise I'm not playing assasin, sadge. When you're an assasin there is no going back. As you've mentioned I love the constant thinking process when you play an assasin specially watching those cool downs.

I'm not high enough lvl for nightmare yet but I love using my moon sword with fire master since I can kick shield guys away and then attack with strikes it works cutting numbers down. I use my fire ability. When bosses are around
I almost got the same build, same stats as well. I use the stealth charm with caltrops (fired up+deep bags), it shreds. I use the healing izanami instead of the extra legendary weapon.

Tried this Ronin build with the stone striker and ended with a stealth charm with Ghost Weapon Damage and Status Duration. SHREDDS! But I also like the lightning :D so I'll prolly swap it out depending on how I'm feeling. I like to take pieces of other builds and try optimizing for my playstyle, but this build suits me well. I use a hybrid GW fire Ronin with soothing breath. I found stacking duration and status damage over radius on bomb pack made a much bigger impact. I also have 110% ghost damage, 45% fire damage, 10% Oni, and 45% duration. So I can cook enemies for a hot second before they burn out. I have lots of options to burn with WOTF, caltrops, flaming roar, and black powder. I found it unnecessary to use fire or staggering breath because while I can hold my own, I like to make sure my teammates are topped off. If I play with a healing ronin, I switch to staggering breath as the damage just nukes waves. I've played around with demon seeds but haven't given much thought into heavenly rebuke. I have it, but it doesn't roll GW, would the extra 10% Oni damage be better than 20% GW? Idk.

I've been playing around with Ronin builds all week using combos of Stone Striker, Enjo's, Kunai, Demon Seeds, but I've been running literally this EXACT SAME BUILD for the past two days. I thought nobody is going to think of pairing it with Heavenly Rebuke to use Water Katana and also keep the Heavenly Strike. Ultimately might not be what I finally settle on but probably the most fun to play because those lightening strikes are hella fun. Bro... I'm shook 🤣🤣🤣

I want to ask you an opinion: do you think that the assassin should have, in the perk "experienced assassin" that speed up assassinations, some faster animations for critical strikes too?... I think that the assassin is still the weaker class (even though is my main anyway) and i think that faster critical strikes with faster assassinations could be a good idea... What do you think?
After i got my healing ronin 120, this is the same build I made for damage (stealth charm version). I like the caltrops as the ghost + fire damage is crazy but running out of ammo on nms depends if any other player has munitions
I have my this build bro. But I am using stone striker won’t strath charm and spirit kuni:hidden blades people sleep on it but it really works well with spirit kuni.
Ur better off using stone sticker with stealth charm. Your burning resolve anyway, plus you'll get more % ghost dmg, and more oni damage from stone sticker.
That’s crazy. We have the EXACT same build on every single stat. Even for healing I had to figure out how to make this work since I decided not to use the healing pot. The only difference in our build is I opted for fired up on kunai because I found out the burn will count as a kill and it looks cool lol. Question. Can you clarify what DOES effect way of the flame? Seems like status effect and fire master does. Is it just fire damage that doesn’t?
So, I tested Fire Master, and it does NOT effect Way of the Flame. I have yet to test status effect stats, but people say that it does. I am not sure. but I know for sure that Fire Master does NOT effect it.

My spirit kunai and a number of other items only have 1 legendary perk, whereas your kunai and loads of even epic items have two? Has there been a nerf to items recently? I only started playing legends this week.
Idk i feel when i play ronin I like to heal and do good damage. This build is a beast but too selfish for my taste, hopefully you would be so kind to make hybrid (damage/heals).
The days of the unique “healer ronin” are unfortunately a distant memory... as *everyone* can be a healer now. You want to be able to hold your own & do respectable damage (since the concussion bomb/WoF nerf... both no longer considered ghost weapons 😐😞). HOWEVER, if you want a hybrid healing/damage build.. I’d use *this* build by Ehpic (but with a couple of changes). Specifically... choose incense pot instead of flaming roar & choose heal others 50% of ronin healing for extra resolve. Plus, you can still revive with your ult as needed. Then you can warm the hearts of your enemies & allies alike! 😜 😎

I have both charms & that's what I thought the extra 6% would be better coz I have the flame & poison on my katana, the status effect damage does extra on both.
I don't understand, you're just tossing the bombs out, however, on my playstation there's a line that comes out and you have to measure that line to your target, why isn't there a cone like line from your Ronin, it almost looks natural the way the bombs come out! Mine doesn't do that I have to measure the distance.
If you hold down the Left Trigger, and simply keep pressing the Right Trigger, you will throw bombs the same way you see in the video :) You do not have to throw them one at a time
I hope they add a feature where you can inspect teammates to view their builds on the group screen.

I ignored Lucky for 1 year but only because you had to give up any dps related perk.
My Assassin was able to throw 4 smoke bombs at a spawn point and assassinate like no one else.
It is certainly a great convinience for 2nd advantage slot.
I'm kind of surprised. I thought you would have done black powder smoke bomb over lucky
I haven't used Black Powder on my Smoke Bomb in a very long time. It's cool and all, but Lucky is wayy better, especially with Munitions. I have more than enough fire damage to be able to do without that little bit of fire, you know? Plus, I use my smoke to block choke points, not really in the middle of enemies. Hope that clears it up a little fam! 🙏
Ok brother so finally I got my luck and dropped a heavenly rebuke charm…can’t thank you enough for this build video, this idea is what I was missing on my ronin, I can get all my gameplay from before but finally with some “ultimate” ability..

Trying out the other classes abit more and playing ronin for that forbidden medicine lolol. Solid build, love your builds man really suits my play style. That oni damage is cool Coz we are know what a monumental pain in ass they can be in nightmare or iyo chapters. But when I'm playing ronen and hit that ult thinking I'm about to melt the wave only to realise I'm not playing assasin, sadge. When you're an assasin there is no going back. As you've mentioned I love the constant thinking process when you play an assasin specially watching those cool downs.

I'm not high enough lvl for nightmare yet but I love using my moon sword with fire master since I can kick shield guys away and then attack with strikes it works cutting numbers down. I use my fire ability. When bosses are around

I almost got the same build, same stats as well. I use the stealth charm with caltrops (fired up+deep bags), it shreds. I use the healing izanami instead of the extra legendary weapon.

Tried this Ronin build with the stone striker and ended with a stealth charm with Ghost Weapon Damage and Status Duration. SHREDDS!
But I also like the lightning :D so I'll prolly swap it out depending on how I'm feeling.
I like to take pieces of other builds and try optimizing for my playstyle, but this build suits me well. Thanks again!
I use a hybrid GW fire Ronin with soothing breath. I found stacking duration and status damage over radius on bomb pack made a much bigger impact. I also have 110% ghost damage, 45% fire damage, 10% Oni, and 45% duration. So I can cook enemies for a hot second before they burn out. I have lots of options to burn with WOTF, caltrops, flaming roar, and black powder. I found it unnecessary to use fire or staggering breath because while I can hold my own, I like to make sure my teammates are topped off. If I play with a healing ronin, I switch to staggering breath as the damage just nukes waves.
I've played around with demon seeds but haven't given much thought into heavenly rebuke. I have it, but it doesn't roll GW, would the extra 10% Oni damage be better than 20% GW? Idk.

I've been playing around with Ronin builds all week using combos of Stone Striker, Enjo's, Kunai, Demon Seeds, but I've been running literally this EXACT SAME BUILD for the past two days. I thought nobody is going to think of pairing it with Heavenly Rebuke to use Water Katana and also keep the Heavenly Strike. Ultimately might not be what I finally settle on but probably the most fun to play because those lightening strikes are hella fun. Bro... I'm shook 🤣🤣🤣

I want to ask you an opinion: do you think that the assassin should have, in the perk "experienced assassin" that speed up assassinations, some faster animations for critical strikes too?... I think that the assassin is still the weaker class (even though is my main anyway) and i think that faster critical strikes with faster assassinations could be a good idea... What do you think?
Hey bro. Experienced assassin is basically a must. Very few builds use any other perk in that slot.
After i got my healing ronin 120, this is the same build I made for damage (stealth charm version). I like the caltrops as the ghost + fire damage is crazy but running out of ammo on nms depends if any other player has munitions
Most people run munitions, so if you do have trouble just look around. Plus there is ghost offerings, if you use the sparingly

Ur better off using stone sticker with stealth charm. Your burning resolve anyway, plus you'll get more % ghost dmg, and more oni damage from stone sticker.

That’s crazy. We have the EXACT same build on every single stat. Even for healing I had to figure out how to make this work since I decided not to use the healing pot. The only difference in our build is I opted for fired up on kunai because I found out the burn will count as a kill and it looks cool lol.
Question. Can you clarify what DOES effect way of the flame? Seems like status effect and fire master does. Is it just fire damage that doesn’t?
So, I tested Fire Master, and it does NOT effect Way of the Flame. I have yet to test status effect stats, but people say that it does. I am not sure. but I know for sure that Fire Master does NOT effect it.
Way of the flame is inbetween everything atm. No status effect buffs improve it & fire master doesn’t either.

My spirit kunai and a number of other items only have 1 legendary perk, whereas your kunai and loads of even epic items have two? Has there been a nerf to items recently? I only started playing legends this week.

Idk i feel when i play ronin I like to heal and do good damage. This build is a beast but too selfish for my taste, hopefully you would be so kind to make hybrid (damage/heals).
The days of the unique “healer ronin” are unfortunately a distant memory... as *everyone* can be a healer now. You want to be able to hold your own & do respectable damage (since the concussion bomb/WoF nerf... both no longer considered ghost weapons 😐😞).
HOWEVER, if you want a hybrid healing/damage build.. I’d use *this* build by Ehpic (but with a couple of changes). Specifically... choose incense pot instead of flaming roar & choose heal others 50% of ronin healing for extra resolve. Plus, you can still revive with your ult as needed.
Then you can warm the hearts of your enemies & allies alike! 😜 😎

8:20 when using stealth charm, wouldn't status effect damage be better with 18% cap compare to fire damage 12% cap?
I have both charms & that's what I thought the extra 6% would be better coz I have the flame & poison on my katana, the status effect damage
does extra on both.

I don't understand, you're just tossing the bombs out, however, on my playstation there's a line that comes out and you have to measure that line to your target, why isn't there a cone like line from your Ronin, it almost looks natural the way the bombs come out! Mine doesn't do that I have to measure the distance.
If you hold down the Left Trigger, and simply keep pressing the Right Trigger, you will throw bombs the same way you see in the video :) You do not have to throw them one at a time
