I was incredibly disappointed for the new character and all mostly cuz i feel like Jin had so so sooo much more story to be told with jin. I feel and always feel empty with that. And i dont want to be hypocritical i do not really mind either female or male protagonists but i have to admit i kinda lean more with male ones. I just feel cooler i dunno.

The reason why people have a problem with it is because of how unrealistic a female protagonist plays in a realistic game, sure there was minor details that was unrealistic in GOT but they’re minor, it 100% breaks immersion when you got a canon female ronin going around & slaughtering men bigger, taller, faster, stronger, more resilient, more bone density & muscle growth/mass, Testosterone & wearing armour. Also it’s a fact at the end of the day that when companies/studios embrace DEI agendas/ideals, an avalanche of events occur to those involved since it’s not what consumers want & we’re seeing that with said tagged games/studios either quickly or slowly biting the dust due to them following the trend of LGBT, black / female representation ideals when that’s not what makes games good. (I mean seriously look at ubisoft, deep silver/volition & creators of concord for a better example). Now I don’t want to come off as hating women in games as I don’t, I love women in games as long as they fit the theme of the game like sci-fi fiction hack & slash Androids with Eve from Stellar Blade or 2B/A2 from Nier Automata as they sell well due to them being completely fictional with basic real world elements with blood, gore, sexiness, destruction, violence, chaos, guns, blades, etc, all of which pull in the typical target audience (masculine audience) but bring in forced ideals that most gamers/people don’t agree with along with uglification of art/characters, soulless dialogue/direction of story, don’t be surprised people start to become skeptical of games from any studio, I remember a time when Activision could never disappoint me but time shows oh yes they can, even Ubisoft, Rockstar games, EA, Volition, Bathesda & so on.

So I just started playing this again and it’s STILL GOOD! The only is so fun and balanced. So many people slept on this. Now….the community…..not sure how to feel about it still. Sometimes really nice and helpful, and other times is full of the most raged out kids. I played rivals for the first time and didn’t know where to go so I hopped off the platform and boom dude screams “where are you going bro! This way”. Quit out before I could even adjust my path 😂. But they rage and quit for no reason allllll the time still.

There are plenty of legit reasons to leave a match. Especially if youre a veteran and get placed into a survival with 3 other level 120 pro players that will make you chase every kill like youre on fire. Its not fun at all! The most fun I had playing this game was either carrying a team of noobs as a ronin or playing with 1 - 2 other good players sharing a zone each.

Actually! The mist of yagata is actually super good a ton in a Ronin's hands. Whenever a ronin is inside the healing mist, with his teammates, the Ronin skill that adds healing from his 50% stacks ontop of that. Its super good in nm survival if your low on health, bc you can just throw it down, stand in it, and your teammates will be healing from a mile away. You can also run munitions for extra forbidden medicine bombs. If they are in it aswell, while the ronin is inside the smoke bomb, that's just stacking the Ronin's healing skill ontop of the already healing teammate! Sorry if I didn't state that correctly. P.S, you just need a little bit of experience on Iki island with the sarugami armour to use the wrath of he sarugami katana. It's actually super useful for resolve building on a Assasin. Just put resolve gain + ppw on the charm, along with ppw and melee damage. It doesn't take much, you just need to pay attention. Though I can understand why you'd say most players couldn't be able to use it properly. It would normally take a person that is playing the game for a lot of time, rather than a intermediate with no other katana to use.

Even 3 years later, I think the greatest fundamental weakness of Legends was just its currency system. Mainly just because honor especially is so disproportionally essential and demanded despite not being given that much of it.

Number 16 is a game changer should be on S tier especially when u play with low level randoms

For one from what I heard here and how hard you're going about hammering the point that people have a issue with that fact that it's a woman this time around being The Ghost I can tell you haven't done your research about the studio and the new management. No, people are worried about the fact that the VA is an activist and has had some wild statements on the internet. People are worried about agendas, the direction of games and core characters being altered and destroyed just for the sake of a checklist. Second if it were as you make it out to be then Lara Croft, Ada Wong, Bayonetta and so many others wouldn't nearly be as successful as they are. The team that made GOT has moved on to another project, and people that are working on Yotei are the team that worked on Iki Island DLC. The vision was not Yotei from the start, the original plan was to continue with Jin making his own brotherhood because he realized he wasn't able to eradicate the Mongols from Japan all by himself. But about half way in the development the higher ups decided to do a 180 and go with Attsu because of an agenda that was most likely pushed by a company called Sweet Baby Inc. (I don't know how familiar you are with Sweet Baby INC but they are a company who are known to alter the story and direction of a game just to be inclusive and be political) So yeah people are worried because the games we get nowadays are following a pattern. One that destroys the authenticity and substance of already established characters.

Im going into with an open mind. Im excited about having a female protagonist. I want to see more. I just hope that this toxic fan response does not poison the development process into making a bad game. They are being way too quick to judge this game. Put how you feel about the person behind the main protagonist or their political views aside. If they can play their part and deliver a great performance, that is whats important to me.

I've been using this build for the last 2 weeks, love it! I had one build that was mainly DPS but love this one even more! I always like to be the support characters and this way I'm always healing the team

Not quite right - I missed the horse in chapter 3 and 4, got to Chapter 5, beat the black and white boss over the water and then the whip disappears from the cart. So it's not the end of chapter 5 at which point you lock him out, its before.

Idk if its just me but the last couple months getting into Legends mods i generally just play with randoms who dont talk or only ever talk in a language i dont know lol
