Capoeira seems so simple when you see it like this, it's just like walking...but walking is a beautiful flowing and natural movement that we take for granted! Learning the basics in this way is a test of your patience, it's not the same as copying moves in other martial arts but finding your own way. But if you persevere you will reap many rewards. Thanks for all the brilliant teachings Simon!

I started in Haggerston park every Sunday at 3pm. However you need to stay vigilant as if there is Urban Ritual roda or a party or I'm traveling I might not be teaching. So make sure your in touch with what is going on - most Sunday's will have a training for all levels in Haggerston park at 3pm.
