After all these years, and yes I'm a mopar fan, I still get a kick outa your videos. When you look at how the world is changing and people are starting to realise that a throw away society is not going to make a very good future, it's a good feeling that people like Mark are still willing to put the knowledge and time into the younger generation.
Passing my knowledge to my kids and grandkids is still a very important thing to me.

Agree! this was a fantastic video.
Only hing I would do different is that hate on GM and Ford throughout the video. Don't hate on other old cars. They are all awesome and great in their own ways. It's not about which is, or was better, but that these historical artworks all deserve to be restored, preserved, respected and loved by all car enthusiasts. Hating on other brands only tells me you're a blind fanboy and not a true fan of classic cars.
Other than that, great job to the crew!

My Dad caught the bug. He started with a little 34 Chevy in the early 60's. Fixed it up and it was a fun little car. Then he got serious and moved into the Classics. The first a '37 Packard Town Car and then a '35 Caddy. The Caddy took 1st place in the Classic Car Club Senior Division. He ended up buying 2 parts cars for the caddy. Every nut and bolt were original. Sourced the OEM leather interior. Tires provided by a company that bought the rights and original molds. 7 tires in all. 4 on the ground, 2 side mounts and a rear trunk mount. He worked with a small 2-man shop, a mechanical guy and a body man. It was about 5 years to complete the rebuild, finishing in '68. They were as detailed as these guys are. It's a treat to see the tradition carried on.

I wasn't able to sleep straight for a couple of weeks. I kept watching out for the undertaker every night. Phantasm is a classic flick like the cars that you resurrect from the grave. Exactly like the Hemi Cuda, It was something worth losing sleep over. Thanks for all that you do.

I was maybe 9 when it came out. In 1984, we rented it from the local video store. The whole operation, the silver flying balls of death, the Jawas making another appearance so soon after Star Wars (jk!)...but srsly, it was definitely freaky. We walked home in pairs about 1am in the pitch black dark about 1/4 mile. Never been more scared!

BEAUTIFUL CAR! perfectly restored. The 70' Cuda is my 2nd favorite car. I am a car guy and and a Ford guy and love the old muscle cars of the mid 60's and early 70's from all of the Big 3. I appreciate and respect the dedication and the attention to detail people put into restoring their car. But as i watch these types of videos weather its about a Mopar or a Chevy what amazes me the most is they ALL compare their car to the Mustang, THEE ULTIMATE pony car. From 1964 to 2023 and beyond they are still chasing the wild horse. I put my comment in here because the cheezy breakaways comparing a HEMI Cuda to "Mom's" Mustang.

I'm rebuilding a 1981 Yamaha XS11 Midnight Special and I am that nerd when it comes to the correct types/styles of hardware so I know when it's finished it will be 100% like it came out the showroom over 40 years ago!
The cost of NOS parts is sometimes ridiculous when and if you can find them, It took me around 3 years to complete my 1980 Midnight Special mostly due to my budget, the plus side of that was it gave me more time to snap up the NOS parts as and when they came up usually on ebay, some of the rubber parts were unobtainium so you have to make do with the best used parts available but eventually even the more ellusive NOS parts do come up.

    What a great video!
My 70 Hemi Cuda definitely didn't have a steering lock. Could that be because it might have been a build from early in the model year? Or perhaps it could have been ripped out by the previous owner as I did notice a few non stock items. While I didn't have the car completely apart, I did have the drive train out for a bit of a pro-stock rebuild and definitely would have noticed if it had any of the linkage that you showed on the 1970 example.
I sold the car in 79 to go to school across the country. No regrets, but that car still has a fond place in my heart.
Thanks again for all your great work.

I wonder, can they rebuild a car so that it's visually original but it's on a modern
Tube or space box frame and has, well,
Let's say 2500 Hp with boost systems turned on and everything else modern state of the art.. Perhaps that's a project for a differently oriented shop.

First time watching your channel. The greatest praise I can give you, (besides your talented crew) is that unlike the many cable-tv car restoration shows, you stick to tge build process nd avoid the tiresome and stupid scipted drama BS! Thank you! Enjoyed it thoroughly!

What a loss bro. I feel for you. I remember my garage collapsed I was in Georgia and the garage roof came down and destroyed my Harley. Harley was a 99 ultra glide would the first 1500 series twin cam. I cried like a little kid.

I remember a lot of those commercials. Though I was never a fan of the Cuda I have always had a special place in my heart for the 70 Challenger or Roadrunner.

Amazing that these guys brought this car back from the grave! Absolutely outstanding! I am wondering what the entire project cost approximately.

I used to watch Graveyard Carz on the Speed Channel, and when the opening sound byte "They're coming to get you, Barbara" started, I couldn't wipe the grin off my face. Just today, a friend told me about your TH-cam channel, since I had been lamenting my inability to follow your garage's work.
I'm buying my friend a steak dinner.

I love the nerdy stuff. Worked on the B-body Cowl top line. Everytime I see a firewall brings back many memories.
