    Excellent video! Very detailed explanation 🔥🔥🔥
    Just an additional info:
    1. "Damage to targets out of cover" will be in effect on enemies using SHIELDS
    2. "Headshot damage" will not be in effect on enemies wearing helmets, the helmets must be destroyed first. -Helmets are "all health"
    3. Heavy enemy Tanks are all health, armor plates included as they don't have armor bar on top of their health 😊

      @@themanbehindthescreen8226 There is specific gear and weapons that you can only get with the expansion but if you don't want to pick it up you can still put together great builds at World Tier 5 so it's not needed it just increases some of the options.

    Hey, I started the division 2 with some friends recently and I'm really glad you make such great videos. Found your channel while looking for guides on endgame (watched yours), and it's so great how you make everything so concise, clear, with a great pace and tone of voice, that and the fact that you get into the subject quickly and decompose every importants things into very understandable bits. I don't how much time you've put in the game or into these videos, but it's up there with the best guides you can find online, props to you, you can be proud !

    Thank you so much for the information this really helpful. There are few things I still need to know
    1. Do headshot damage need crit chances?
    2. What is the difference between active regeneration and holstered regeneration on shield mod?

    • @ThatAbrax
      @ThatAbrax  3 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      No problem, glad the vids helped you out!
      1. Nope! Headshot damage always applies as long as you hit the targets head, you can crit on top of the headshot damage but it's not needed.
      2. With shield mods, Active Regeneration increases the shield bars repairs it's self while you have it out and in front of your character.
      Holstered regeneration is how quick it repairs once you put it away.
      Hope that helps!

    So late to the Party! I have a few questions:
    1) in the Division, you needed to have a certain amount of points for attributes to be active, does that work the same in part 2? Is that the reason i see the plus and minus under the circle that breaks down attack, shield, tech?
    2) Whats the deal with the bar under the core attributes in weapons? Why are some of my weapons full and highlighted and others are not?
    I jsut started, level 10 i think. I'm enjoying the game regardless of these questions, but knowing the answers will probably make the experience better. Thank you Guys. Loved the video.

    • @ThatAbrax
      @ThatAbrax  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hey
      1) Unlike the Division 1, in the Division 2 all talents on weapons and talents are always unlocked so no need to place attribute and stats just for talents it's more about adding them towards how you want your build to preform.
      2) The bars that you see under attributes is just a visualisation of the attribute to show you how far that attribute is to being max if that makes senses.
      so as an example, on an endgame piece of gear(because at different points in the game the max attribute size changes) if you have critical hit damage which has a max value of 12%, if your gear has a role of 6% the bar will be half full, if you have 12% the bar will be full.
      Hope that helps, anymore questions feel free to ask!

    What is the difference between Skill Repair and Repair Skills? I'm thinking Skill Repair is repairs that are done to skills such as turrets and drones. Our group is having a debate on this and can't really come to a consensus. Thanks! Great video btw! Very helpful for newer players.

    Could you please do a guide on critical hit chance and critical hit damage

    • @ThatAbrax
      @ThatAbrax  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey!
      I touch on it in this video but I'm sure I can build on it a little here:
      A critical hit is a hit that does extra damage, the higher the percentage the more often you will get Critical hits.
      Critical hit chance is a percentage chance that each hit to the body or head will be a critical hit.
      and Critical hit damage is the percentage increase that the Critical hit does.
      For example if your normal hits do 100 damage on the body and you have 10% critical hit damage, if you get a critical hit to the body you will do 110 damage.
      If there is a way to go into this a little more I'll try to find a better way to build on it but I hope this helps!

    • @ThatAbrax

      The attributes don't level up along with your character but there are things you an do when you reach the endgame to increase the attributes to the max values, Optimization, recalibration etc... I have a few guides in my beginners guide series that go over these.
      The little bar below each of the attributes shows how close to the max roll that attribute it, so if the bar is full you can't that attribute in a higher value.

    • @ThatAbrax
      @ThatAbrax  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      When you get a piece of gear or a weapon they drop with random attributes, the minimum roll of the attribute is determined by the difficulty you play on.
      The size of the bar shows how close the attribute is to being max and when the bar is full with an orange highlight you have the max that attribute can be.

    Quick question..if i have 6 gear pieces all yellow and all set as skills, i can say for example have 6 x skill haste, 1gear mod for each gear item. Does this mean my skill haste is 6 x quicker. Same for 6 x skill duration, do my skills last 6 x longer. I know they will be at skill tier 6.

    • @ThatAbrax

    Just got the game recently and im wondering, does each piece of gear have a set attribute or can you somehow change it to what you want? For example if i had a chest that was defensive could i change it to offensive? If so how do i do that Thanks :D

      You can!
      On a piece of gear, you can either recalibrate or optimize an attribute,
      recalibrating an attribute completely changes it for another, like you say, from defensive to offensive.
      Optimizing an attribute slowly increases the attribute until it's max.
      I actually have a Beginners guide series with two videos going over how both of these work you might find interesting.

    Your wording on skill damage was kind of confusing to me. Does it only apply to the initial hit or all hits? For example, the oxidizer or flame versions of chem launcher have DoT effects. Does it apply there too?

      With skills like drones and turrets it's all hits, explosives are also skill damage but with anything with a status effect like the flame turret the damage done by the applied status is done by the 'status effect' attribute.
      Hope that helps!

    Hey how do you get that ar to work with the shield? So far I only have the gun that works with the shield.

      In The Division 2 you can use any assault rifle, SMG, shotgun or pistol as long as you have the Crusader variant of the shield equipped.
      Hope that helps!

    Tech efficiency?

      There isn't a 'Tech Efficiency' but there is 'Skill Efficiency' which is a combination of different skill attributes rolled into one

    How do you calculate status effect?

    • @ThatAbrax
      @ThatAbrax  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      To be honest I don't actually know and after doing a little research it doesn't seem(As far as I could find) that anyone has done any in depth testing.
      Sorry I couldn't be more help with this one! I think my only build that used Status Effect was my drone clearing build for Summit lol

    What is a “stack” I don’t understand

    • @ThatAbrax
      @ThatAbrax  ปีที่แล้ว

      In the division 2 a 'Stack' refers to any thing that builds a buff per shot, each shot builds one 'stack' off that buff.
      Hope that helps!
