Were you tired when you streamed this? It seems you don't have much of an idea what is going on. Example calling Rhyhorn Rhydon and not noticing the whirlwind attack from Skyarmory
With the Gym changing to League, I think it's similar to tweaking in gen 4 games. Since your moving faster than the game intends you to, buildings, and NPCs don't load properly. Like the NPCs turning into the player character Gold. Just thought I'd point that out, it happened to me too when I played it :D
What I find neat, is that most likely, the ONLY reason so many places outside of the demo area look somewhat finished, is that they needed pre-release footage and screenshots. I just watched a video that was like "all known footage" of the spaceworld demo, and there's quite a bit that shows off these areas that are outside the demo area. One shot even shows the player in front of sprout tower, and they have to use debug mode to walk through the CUT tree to get to it, and then they walk into it for a second. And like I said, I imagine the only reason Sprout Tower and that town were even kinda finished looking (complete with unobtainable Pokeball item on the ground), is because they needed footage and wanted to show off Sprout Tower. One shot even showed the route to the right of the starting town that takes you to Kanto. They fight a level 32 Meowth in a patch of grass next to the Gate that leads to Kanto. Just for fun, I went there myself just to see if it had wild Pokemon in the leaked demo, and sure enough, I found a level 32 Meowth. i.imgur.com/6y1V76I.png

This rom was probably the coolest find in Pokémon history. There's something spooky about it and it's crazy that early maps for Sinnoh are in there.
