23:05 Technically I think the turn started with Diesel so the Aniccam should've triggered then. It's a mandatory draw so I guess it didn't matter like it does for LilyPAD.
Choosing not to continue on HQ and leaving the Corp in the credit hole was the decider. The allure of Steve wasn't worth the squeeze, although maybe recurring another Burner was worth a consideration.
At around 16:20 did they make a mistake with the Ag-Infusion redirect? I thought if the outermost ice was unrezzed you pass it and go to the next, as it isn't rezzed when you encounter it.
If the outermost ice of the new server is unrezzed, the runner passes it and the run continues as normal, which means that the runner has a chance to jack out before encountering the next piece of ice. Likely either that's what happened here, or the corp redirected the runner into Archives where there was no new information to gain so the run ended anyway.
It was redirected to archives. That's why Antoine is immediately showing it to Chris. Who then initiates a run on the remote.
You're totally correct about the AgInfusion interaction - the Runner encounters the outermost ice on the redirected server. Corporations can only rez ice during an approach, not during an encounter, so if the outermost ice isn't already rezzed during a redirect, the Runner will simply pass the unrezzed ice.
That is what happened at 16:20. Antoine redirects Chris into Archives, and during this redirect, was unable to rez the outermost ice on Archives. Chris passes the unrezzed ice on Archives and continues the run, accessing the Thimblerig in Archives that was just trashed moments ago to the AgInfusion ability.
Aah thanks that makes sense. I must have missed the redirect to archives and the subsequent new run.
