I love this unniappam, but I don't eat it any more because of the oil. It is alright to eat one or two, but because it tastes so good, I tend to make a pig of myself and suffer heartburn later. Well children can enjoy this snack. Even most adults can enjoy this wonderful snack with tea, without any problems. A really wonderful snack.
