Do you mean the marketing module in NetSuite? I can give you a quick review if you'd like: It's not good. I'm sure I'll make a full video on it at some point but it's low on the list because it's one of NetSuite's weakest features.

Sure, Accounting is definitely NetSuite's strongest functionality. There's obviously a number of modules/features that relate to Accounting, but you can think with that general subject as being solid. When well configured, NetSuite's CRM features can be very effective. The Project Mgmt module is also quite stable. Many companies successfully utilize other modules/features like the NetSuite reporting or analytics tools, demand planning, CPQ, etc but I would say this is starting to go down the list into areas that NetSuite is more "acceptable" at. And as I said before, Marketing is one of NetSuite's weakest features.
