Thank you SO much for this tutorial. I always struggle with my eye makeup, but this has to be the best video I've watched. I think with a little practice, I'll see a massive improvement with my eyeliner. I'm looking forward to seeing how I get on.🥰😘

Do you mind elaborating on your question? I’m not quite following you. Are you wanting specific black shadow and liner recommendations? Just let me know, thanks Shannon!
At 45, I just tried doing my eyeliner today for the first time. The person at the drugstore suggested the Rimmel gel liner as a beginner. Do you recommend using an old school pencil though instead? It was really hard to do and even with the dashes, just looked messy. Also thinking black is just to harsh for my blonde hair, blue eyed, natural make-up self. What colour would you suggest for a more natural look?
If you are just entering into eyeliner as a blonde, try something like a charcoal gray or a deep brown to start with instead of harsh black. I like a gel liner as it’s fairly easy to smudge smooth - the key is to have an eyeliner brush that you can smudge products with to create a softer line. Good luck! Practice consistently and you’ll nail it!
@@JennySueMakeup Thanks so much! I opted for a darker grown and used a regular pencil for now, which is WAY better. The gel went on far too heavy and because it was waterproof I wasn't able to smudge.
If you mean what liner to use between clients, I can use whatever brand, it’s just important to Sharpen the tip in between clients to reveal a fresh new layer of product. Hope this helps.
I am 43 years old and have never been able to do eyeliner 😂. I’m going to give it another try after watching this! ❤

Do you apply eyeliner in your water line (flesh ) if you wear contacts ?
What is the best eyeliner to used for client for hygiene purposes?

Gotta support my southern girlfriends!! Great tip!!
Blush is another area where I struggle.
Well I definitely appreciate the support and comment!! Thanks a bunch!!
I feel like it’s so easy for you to do that gentle cat eye. I try and it disappears into creases
It does take a bit of work and drawing dramatic enough outside of the crease to show up! Just keep working at it 👍🏼
👍
😢Yes Jenny
Oh it’s called a wing! Not cat eye. I’m trying to learn 😂
I switch out both terms (winged eye/cat eye) every now and then! They both generally describe the same look 😉
