I absolutely adored Sully's reaction to the vibraslap. It's one of those percussion instruments you don't really see in a lot of compositions, but it adds so much color to a piece and just genuinely looks fun
For real though, why is it the music teachers I've had were some of the worst teachers I've had of all of them Now music _theory_ teachers, they tend to be cool.

the cowbell part of your vibraslap is meant to be rotated 90 degrees so the vibration shakes the rattle thingies up and down as opposed to side by side
