Why Nintendo NEEDS to Buy SEGA!

In recent times Microsoft Xbox and Sony Playstation have started buying up big studios, both to get more franchises, but also to get more staff. Microsoft bought Activison for 68.7 billion dollars and Sony bought Bungie for 3.6 billion dollars. This led to microsoft getting control over games like Call of Duty, Overwatch and Crash bandicoot. Nintendo on the other hand has been very quiet on this front and has not bought any big studio, so is it time for them to finally do it. I don't think they need to, as they have many amazing franshices, but if they were to, then sega would be a good purchase!

Nintendo needs to buy Sega, we need a proper Super Mario/Sonic The Hedgehog crossover. Nintendo will lose Crash and Spyro if Microsoft buys Activision.

Nintendo buying sonic would be terrible
If you want any company to buy sonic I'd say Sony or Microsoft

1 year later, Microsoft merged with Activision Blizzard and is now a 3 way company. And also they layed off 14% of Toys for Bob employees, they made the Crash Bandicoot and Spyro remake trilogies, and gave Crash 2 new games. But that's irrelevant. If Nintendo DID buy Sega, how would that go for the franchises themselves, would Nintendo make them worse by making them too family friendly?
