    Thank you so much for the kind info. Very informative.
    Quick follow up question: Is it easily possible to rent for 3 months (since tourist visa is for that duration)? Thanks.

    • @MahnoZain
      @MahnoZain  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      yes. The landlord may charge you a higher price (depending on your negotiation skills and going rate), but you can easily rent a place for 3 months.

    Another great video, Zain. I think I'm hooked on your channel, after only discovering it this morning!
    The more I'm learning about Turkey, the more I'm considering it as a viable alternative to Dubai when, insha-Allah, I relocate from London with my family.
    I'm really interested in Antalya, and would love to find out about property prices for a nice villa that would be suitable for my family (6 of us, including 4 kids - including a 20yr old and two teenagers!).
    Also interested in the pros and cons of buying off-plan in Turkey.
    If there are any resources you can point me to, I'd be very grateful! 🙏

    Good video. Thanks for videos like this. I want to know one thing... if there is a conservative area in Antalya or any other place where we Asians I mean People from Bangladesh, Pakistan, India feel comfortable to stay.... Hope you understand what I said.

      That's a good question. I think Muratpasa is conservative, but I'm not a 100% sure. I'll ask this question from a local and get back to you.

      I recently bought a house in Istanbul with the help of Tamimnaweed's, and I must say, they are the best! Their service was insane, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

    Hello, just wanted to ask what is the monthly expense for living in Turkey? I earn 750 USD per month my job is totally remote work! My income becomes almost 20k TKL per month. As a single person is it a good idea to goto turkey and start living there?

    • @MahnoZain
      @MahnoZain  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello, I think for a single person even $500/m would be enough to live. Especially if you can find a room rental instead of an entire apartment.
      Honestly, Turkey is a great place to live but they don't easily give citizenship (second passport that many Pakistanis are after). Only because of this reason, I'd say look somewhere else, or come here for 6m or 1y and then move ahead to Europe.

    Unfortunately, this video is full of old information. In 2023, it's 200 000 USD to get a residence permit in Turkey and not 75 000 USD as mentioned.
