    I use this video every day before work and I have for just over 3 months. My therapist suggested I find some way to meditate at the start of my day, and I just have to thank you for making a video that is short and still effective. It has helped me find my calm to start the day. ❤️

I had insomnia and panic attacks for 2 weeks straight and nothing was helping me, not the melatonin, not the exercise, i started having anxiety about going to sleep. My friend recommended yoga and after the first listen something magic happened. Thank you

    Please continue making guided meditations like these, this was absolutely perfect for easing my mind into the the day. Beautiful voice, cadence, perfect for this time we're in now.
    On a more serious note: why does 3 minutes of meditation take longer than 3 episodes on Netflix? lol jk thanks Lizzy

    Very relaxing and effective meditation. Thank you! P.S. IF I may offer a suggestion: I wish everyone who creates meditation videos, especially these short ones, could let the video go on for at least 30 seconds AFTER the meditation ends so the listener knows to expect a very loud advertisement will follow. I know it's NOT your doing, but it's just a very rude awakening after being placed in a peaceful state by your calming voice.......:)
