I don't know what it is about these videos, casually stumbled across them, I literally feel like I am a passenger just observing the beauty. Videos are mesmerizing.
Hi Alexandre De Faveri I'm Kaleb I see you love Traveling Robert. On my channel I make travel vlogs on my travel adventure and I would appreciate it if you could come over to my channel and check it out and subscribe and support it would really mean a lot thanks and be safe. Bye.
The Big Sky Country of Montana and Wyoming are something you must experience. Some of your captures are purely breathtaking. Says so much about it isn't just the destination, it is the journey. Savor the journey.
I just found your channel last Saturday, and wow!!! What an awesome blessing! I'm hooked. Today, I'm watching the Lewis and Clark trail. Keep up the great work. Blessings!!
Hi 30 And A Wake Up I'm Kaleb I see you love Traveling Robert. On my channel I make travel vlogs on my travel adventure and I would appreciate it if you could come over to my channel and check it out and subscribe and support it would really mean a lot thanks and be safe. Bye.
Great job Robert! That was some great footage of Mount Rushmore! You are doing a fantastic job showing the places I have never seen in person. I felt like I was there in this video. And great hustle getting back east. As a former long haul trucker, a 12 hour day is nothing to sneeze at!

Dear Robert. You always make my day better, especially in these strange times. We were already supposed to be on the roads of US now. At least we can enjoy it this way. Regards from Czech Republic 🇨🇿 Amigo 😊
Yes Robert, lots of engineering went into the roads up there and the badlands. Some really unique landscapes through out that area of the country. Those roads going into Devils Tower were hair raising. I almost fainted just watching this. Thanks for sharing another wonderful video.
tbx59 same here! Did this trip with my dad in 1991. It was an awesome trip! That was right after “Dances With Wolves” came out, which I loved that movie, and we got to see some of the places where the movie was filmed!
Thank you for visiting Wyoming! I'm watching your video as we speak and, as usual, am so impressed by the quality of your videos. You just stopped at a scenic overlook and what a lovely view of the Ramshorn Peak. I see the other side of it every day out my kitchen window. My husband and I are enjoying your travels immensely and so glad you share them with us all. Happy trails to you, Robert!
Enjoyed the video. I with my family visited Mount Rushmore in 2011 at night. We stayed the Hill city koa really nice campground. we also took the 1800 train.
Driving across Beartooth you passed some of the most amazing Brook Trout fishing in the world. I spent a summer in Cody working and spent a lot of my time off up there. Great video. Wyoming is the hidden gem.
Loved this weeks episode, you have shown us beautiful places that some will never go . Exciting to watch you finish filling up your map with States not yet visited. The live concert was great! Love the channel! 😊
The drive through Beartooth Pass brought back lots of memories for me when my dad and I traveled from Tampa to Yellowstone Park and stopped overnight in Red Lodge. We drove that entire trip in a 1988 Mazda RX-7 that I had at the time. Our trip out there was in July of 1991😁
Hi Robert, I can’t stop watching your video and you have done a wonderful job for capturing the sceneries and providing a short narrative about each location. I can’t wait to see your next video traveling through Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, etc. Thank you and have safe travel on the road.
Great video, loved seeing Beartooth highway. Much more to see in Black Hills, if you're ever there again, drop Minitini off at Custer State Park and drive the Needles Highway, one of the most scenic drives you'll ever take. Rock on!
Hi Kristofer Olsson , I'm Kaleb I see you love Traveling Robert. On my channel I make travel vlogs on my travel adventure and I would appreciate it if you could come over to my channel and check it out and subscribe and support it would really mean a lot thanks and be safe. Bye.
@@KalebJackson sry but I realy dont like you spamming ads for your own channel on Traveling Roberts. This is not the right way to get views. Your channel may be amazing but I will not look at it for this reason. Find a better way to promote your channel.
The video does not do it justice...One really needs to see this in person it is simply magnificent ..did this trip this summer and was totally awe'd by the experience. And yes there is snow at the top !!!
I absolutely fell in love with the Black Hills area of South Dakota. I visited there (as well as Devil's Tower and Badlands) on my way home from Casper, WY for the 2017 solar eclipse. If you go back, be sure to drive down the Spearfish Canyon Highway. Lots of beautiful places to stop along this drive. Also, there are three amazing scenic drives (Needles, Iron Mountain, Peter Norbeck) and Custer State Park. My three days there just was not long enough. And you definitely want to hike the trails around Mount Rushmore. Really cool to get up close to the presidents.
I really enjoyed this trip. I traveled from Cody up over the Chief Joseph Scenic Highway over Bear tooth Pass and on to Devils Tower. You brought back great memories.
I believe you drove immediately by Little Bighorn, site of Custer's Last Stand....It's on my destination list... before Mt Rushmore, before Devils Tower, where the 90 passes by "Crow Agency"...great trip!
Having been to the Bear Tooth Pass/Highway, I MUST recommend to everyone seeing this. . .. . you MUST get there at some point. It was by far the most scenic, beautiful drive I've ever been on.
I will probably never make it to Montana, Wyoming or South Dakota, so it is wonderful to see all these amazing places through your eyes and camera lens
Another Sunday morning, it's time to hit the road with Robert! Man, I love that area, too bad you didn't have time to hang out longer and savor the sights. If you return to Red Lodge, I recommend the Red Box Car for lunch--best onion rings I've ever had! Devils Tower is one of my absolute favorite spots...there's just a feeling about that place. The KOA there is pretty nice, they show Close Encounters nightly on a big screen. Happy trails!
Hi Robert, Once again such great work, and you are bringing back some amazing childhood memories. We live in Eastern Canada, but in 1977 my parents took the family across Canada, and back through the US with a 13 foot travel trailer. We did Yellowstone of course, and Mount Rushmore, and the badlands, and stayed at the Rapid City, Mount Rushmore KOA as well. Many moons ago, but I am retired now, and as soon as travel restrictions ease up we are hitting the trail in our TT. Will definitely be back to that beautiful part of the world in the next few years. Thank you again for the video, and the memories.
The Badlands was the first stop on our first RV road trip out west in 2008, and the 22 mile Main Loop Road showed how valuable an RV with a fully stocked refrigerator and kitchen was. Beautiful to drive, and when we all got hungry, we pulled off into a picnic area and made a hot lunch. Nowhere else to eat (except for the lame snack bar) for miles/hours.
I love that ascending song, it's symphonic and really conveys the traveling up the elevation and switch backs. I think I did a similar, go through there and get out, it is very busy with tourist there. Once I got to Mt Rushmore, I took my pictures and then the fog came over the mountain and you couldn't see it even at the restaurant/gift shop area upper area they fenced you out of once you made it there. The badlands, I think I did the same stop and look out throughout just like you handled it. I also went by Devils Peak and thought "this means something"....well done! The new music is wonderful. It's been so long since I was there, thanks so much!
Went to the area in 2013 and the Devils Tower and South Dakota portions of the video makes it feel like I'm back there again. Brings back memories, great video!
Hello Traveling Robert! I have never drivin Beartooth Highway but it reminds me of Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park. I'm sure you had both hands on the steering wheel driving the Beartooth Highway and such SPECTACULAR Scenery. When I traveled east out of Yellowstone I drove highway 16 through Cody, Wyoming and then across the beautiful Bighorn Mountains and into the town of Buffalo and from there I also went to Devils Tower and onto Mt Rushmore and the Badlands. Robert, if you ever make it back to Mt Rushmore I would highly recommend walking the Presidential Trail, which takes you to base of Mt Rushmore. I spotted mountain goats as I walked through it. I hope you had the chance to see the Archway Monument during your travels through Nebraska. I'm really looking for to the next video. Great video Robert!
We loved your Teton and Yellowstone videos, we love these places. We are planning to rent an RV and tour the west in a couple of years and just talked about Devils Tower, Mt Rushmore and the Badlands this week! Your video was perfect timing! Loved this! Thank you for sharing your adventures with us.
I recently discovered Traveling Robert and his fabulous videos and music. Like him putting a sticker on each state he visits, I am going to post this comment on all the ones I watch! Robert, the music on this video is EXCEPTIONAL!!!! You da man, Robert.
Hello Robert (my neighbor we live in West Palm Beach) Next time you are in Montana, make sure to visit Glacier National Park and drive the “Going to the Sun Road” scenic highway. This drive is just as good or better than the Beartooth Highway. We love the Beartooth Highway also. Maybe you can explore it on your trip to Alaska. We purchased a property about a year ago in MT when we did our road trip from FL to out west. This state is absolutely beautiful.
I got my first ticket in over 40 years in Rapid City doing nothing. Glad they did not get you. Love that area. Will be close by next month on our way to Minneapolis. Thanks Robert!
The Crazy Horse Memorial (Native American Carved Into A Mountain) is about a 30 minute drive from Mt. Rushmore. I thought it was worth the price of admission as well (when I went in July 2019). I also camped at the Badlands and was eaten alive by mosquitos. Take bug pants, everyone! ha ha
Hey!😍we were at Mt. Rushmore, June 21st,2019, all the way from Vancouver Island BC Canada🇨🇦❤😍‼️ we stopped at Hot Springs SD at Kemosaby Campground, which was amazing!!!
Thank you for another amazing video Robert! We saw Devil’s Tower, Mount Rushmore and the Badlands last June. We also spent a lot of time in Custer State Park and recommend it for your next trip to South Dakota.
Another great video Robert. I've traveled across these areas many times by car, truck, and motorcycle. There's a KOA near the entrance to Devil's Tower that is nice. Wall is a bit much but nearby is an actual Minuteman Missile Silo operated by the National Park Service with free entrance. We road our motorcycles across Nebraska on US 20 which is a very nice road for all vehicles.
Wow! I can’t believe how much Wall Drugs changed! I don’t think my dad would have liked that. He really enjoyed it when we stopped there 30 years ago. it was not an indoor mall when we went 30 years ago and I don’t remember any stores around it back then .
Enjoy this video a lot. The first part was a piece of our trip late july 2019. About 2/3 weeks before you were there. So it was fun to see it all again. Thanks for sharing!🇺🇸
As always Robert, you never disappoint we viewer on your channel! You are indeed my favorite TH-cam channel! You give such great advice on purchasing an RV, and other mechanical things! Good Job!
I for one find there’s just something so picturesque about fields full of bales of hay especially with mountains, cows, barn structures, etc in the framework. I agree the town of Red Lodge, Montana might be worth several days of camping and exploring the various shops, eateries and nearby historical sites. The Badlands are quite uniquely shaped as well as colorful. I especially luv’d the Conata Basin Overlook area that afforded a wide range of mountain sculptures. Much thanks for the scenic western states travels as it been way too long since I’ve been out that way. 🚌
WOW and WOW and THAT feeling that you get when you see Devil's tower... creepy... THANKS, ROBERT!!! Amazing tree lines. This video IS VERY WELL MADE. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.:)

I don’t know if you noticed the signs along the Beartooth Highway which cautioned motorists about stopping because it is grizzly bear country. Wouldn’t want to have a breakdown in that area.
Small world my husband and I were at devil's tower on August 20 and deadwood for two days before that. He hasn't seen much of the US so we did a quick road trip after a family memorial service in Regina, SK.
Wish you could have seen more of my home state of South Dakota! The Black Hills are beautiful. We went there on summer vacation every 2 years growing up. Sorry the up close viewing platform at Mt. Rushmore was being worked on. But so glad you got to drive through the Badlands. Wall drug is a tourist trap, but you have to go at least once if you are in the area, so you can check that off your life list 🤠
Me and Pop stopped in the same overlook where you changed the battery in the go-pro. Stunning. We had a lot more snow and it was last of June. Same year though.
Robert, this video was really great! The picturesque formations were breathtaking, and the big horned sheep were exciting to see! I think these are some of our forgotten states for people from the east. Flyover country as it’s called. But the views were incredible and the places you stopped were captivating. Thank you for some great entertainment. I enjoyed riding along.
Hola Roberto desde Argentina te saludamos y gracias por dejarnos viajar con vos. Que buenos lugares y que bien relatas tus viajes. Todo muy ameno. Enorme abrazo. Jose
Hi Robert, I took a class through Antioch University called, “History of the Custer Battle.” We stayed at the KOA in Buffalo. When you visit next time, take the time to visit Fort Phil Kearney, and Fort Laramie.
Brought back good memories, went to all these places in your video. With the lock down because of the virus, and not being able to travel, this is an excellent resource in escaping to somewhere else!
Grew up in Belle Fourche SD I’ve been to all those places. You missed Sturgis and Custer State Park, Beautiful places in the Black Hills. I now live in Texas, enjoyed the video. Thank you
Excellent video... All the places are very very spectacular. The Beartooth Highway is very interesting. Going and going up.... up....Devils Tower different. The historical Mount Rushmore. I was surprised was Badlands. Congrats .....Be safe. Love, MOM❤️🌎💯
The one place I haven't been to there is beartooth pass. However, those places are so majestic that I plan to revisit all over again and this time include the pass.

Jose
Fantastic video! Thanks for taking me to the Badlands. It's so amazing there! :)
Hi Robert, I took a class through Antioch University called, “History of the Custer Battle.” We stayed at the KOA in Buffalo. When you visit next time, take the time to visit Fort Phil Kearney, and Fort Laramie.
Brought back good memories, went to all these places in your video. With the lock down because of the virus, and not being able to travel, this is an excellent resource in escaping to somewhere else!
love the bass lines robert !!! such great music !
Thank you
Robert, I'm a huge fan of yours! Keep it up. Beautiful!
You're making my bucket list even longer. 😅
Sorta remember driving to the east in a 60 Rambler from San fran. I was 5 years old. Father was Army.
Perhaps one of ur best videos when it comes scenary
The one place I haven't been to there is beartooth pass. However, those places are so majestic that I plan to revisit all over again and this time include the pass.
