The raw grittiness of your inner turmoil is so palpable. And so very timely for me. "Its not gonna get any better. Now is the time" with your eyes squeezed up and arms determinedly tense said it all. Thank you for being real and showing you're vulnerable. I'm 62 and have been waiting for best-day-readiness on a major task for a long time and this was just what I needed. Bless you, dear girl!
I loved seeing the final reveal. You have worked really hard 👏 I absolutely LOVE the wooden candle sconce you got - it is beautiful. Your lace curtains are very reminiscent of my childhood (I am 64). In England, though, we would never leave them open. They were designed for privacy and for hiding other buildings, so it was a shock to see that you kept them open. I love lots of plants, flowers and wooden things. One of my most treasured possessions is an oak chest of drawers that my grandfather made in 1912, as his first completely finished object as an apprentice joiner. It has proper joints, wood turned top and handles. Jinny - UK
I love the esthetics! I love how you tell us the time it takes. That needing to do it bit by bit speaks to me on a deep level. I've been chipping a away at our house decorations for yearsss
What a great series! Whew! The thrift store footage was drool-worthy! ALL the machines, yarn, patterns...and more. You are motivating me to spruce things up, too! ty!
You are so crafty and I love it!!!! I also love that you are embracing and displaying all the things that bring you JOY instead of trying to stuff it in a box somewhere out of sight. 😊. You have done a great job with your room and I’ll be stealing some of your ideas for myself. Thank you so much for sharing this experience with us.
Nice results! Cute haircut. Nice cat cameo appearance. Proud of you for claiming back your mojo for this project and getting it finished. I envy you your Ithica thrift stores--clean and inviting
It looks gorgeous!! I remember that comic strip fabric, and I love what you did with it. I'm working on my own room now and this was a huge inspiration!! Thank you for filming this process and not pretending that your house is perfect all the time like some youtubers do. You're unapologetically human and I will watch your videos until the day you stop making them. And then I'll just rewatch them.
Loved this series! Thanks so much for sharing with us. Your craft room is so beautiful--love your aesthetic and your attitude toward getting it done/continuing to add to/make changes to it!
It was so much fun following along with your reorganisation and redecoration of this room, and I really like how it looks now. I especially like the "podcast wall", the combination of the frames and that big round basket thing, very fun! I hope finishing the room also gave you some peace of mind, one less thing to stress about. I currently have very limited energy, so I really feel you when you mention planning too much into a day or being exhausted after doing what really is quite a lot, but feels like not a lot... I hope it will get better for you :)
Congratulations. Your room looks great. It’s definitely not my style and I would go crazy with all of the stuff, but that’s what makes life interesting. Have a great time in your beautiful room.
I love your craft room! ❤❤❤ I'm a maximalist as well and you have given me so much inspiration! My craft room is a shared room so it's hard to get it how I want it! ❤
I think wanting something to be done but not wanting to actually do it is the most relatable thing I've heard today lol. I need to dig out my craft room too, but dig out is the operative word and also why I'm hesitant to jump in. I have to take things out and sort them because there's just no room in that space to do it. So I commend you on getting yours done :)
I like that you showed us a small craft space doesn't need to lack in character and organization. My craft space is my son's former bedroom, and I do have it zoned for my particular crafts, but I really don't have any character...unless you call perpetual mess character! I think I'm going to swipe your frame ideas and do a gallery wall.
I love your room! You have such a great eye for design. I found your channel by chance while searching for craft room makeovers. I have thoroughly enjoyed this series. I don’t knit or crochet, I’m a quilter and bag maker, but I share your love of thrifting. I haven’t been to the Ithaca stores, but I think I’ll add them to my list to check out. I’m not sure where you’re from, but if you get to Rochester, be sure to check out Sew Green Rochester - think of it as a thrift store for sewers, knitters and crafters.
Very well done, a space for everything and everything has a space, quite eclectic and very you. I wondered if you could do knit stitch samplers in some of the frames.

It’s wonderful! Thanks for bringing us along.

I really enjoyed this series, Bailey. Thanks for bringing us along through your process. I hope you enjoy your “new” craft room!
☺️ thanks!
So cozy 😊 perfect 👌
Your craft room turned out great! And I so enjoyed watching the video series!

Awwww thank you! ☺️
That was a huge accomplishment. Kudos for the reveal, the video, the beautiful space and the determination to keep at it!
Thank you!! ☺️

Thank you!
😅 That's why I drive over an hour to go to those thrift stores! The ones near me are far less clean and inviting...
This is beautiful! So excited for your new space and new podcast space! I don't have a craft room although I'd love one, one day xx

I'm in love with what you've done! So well done! I need to hire you to do mine!😀
Oh my, waiting between videos has been so hard! You out a ton of work into this, and it looks amazing. 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you 😊

You'll get there! Motivation is the hardest part sometimes. 🤷🏼♀️
I laughed out loud when you said “I don’t have enuf things.” I’m at the age of disposing of things. So I’m a minimalist. Nice job o n your haven.

😍 do it! It was a fun creative exercise to find things I already had to frame

I've been to Sew Green in Ithaca! Good to know there's a location in Rochester, thank you!

That's such a great idea! I love it!
What are the great Ithaca thrift stores?
I love the two ReUse locations! So unique compared to the chain thrift stores. We do also usually stop at Thrifty Shopper and Salvation Army as well.
