I enjoyed the tour, and it certainly gave me ideas for my sewing room!! Thank you for sharing.

Hi Gloria! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Let me know if you have any questions about your sewing room... I have had setups in many types of spaces over the years!

Beautiful working space. You did a wonderful job of designing your area. Now, if you would just come and do mine! haha

Very nice!! May I please ask what the dimensions are of that room. I’m just wondering if this is possible in my spare bedroom.

Hi Angela! The exact measurements are 9ft 10" x12 feet. The desk is 7 ft. Long, and 4ft. Wide at the right, as you sit. The longer area is about 30 inches wide.
This room has 2 windows, and a 4ft. Closet. The large oval rug is 5x8, and tucked under the desk. The black stand up desk is 24" x 52".
      I hope this helps!

@ your so awesome! God bless you! Thanks for all the details on my way to measure now. I have such a cluttered mess. Life happened and then came the clutter.

@angelatapia3813 Angela, When you sort and declutter, these tips may help:
      1) Don't buy new containers until you sort.
      2) Make 3 piles: Keep, sell or donate, and trash.
      3) Be honest with yourself about which supplies are important to you, but don't feel you need to strip yourself of your goods either. I have made this mistake, only to go out and buy them again!
      4) Try to keep things at " Point of Use" as much as possible.
Think in terms of how you like to work.
For me, I have my main sewing in another room.
I just keep the paper, paint, and fabric separated.
If I had it all in one room, I would have sewing as far away from paints as possible!
      5) Setting up work stations in a small room can help stay organized, providing things at your fingertips, allowing for continuity of creativity!
