    I love everything about this video. I love how she didn't skimp out on filling. I love that the layers aren't ridiculously huge. I love that she started from the beginning, because I had no idea how I was going to transfer the cake from the disc to the cake board I wanted the cake on. I didn't realize the board goes ON the disc. Great video. I wish I had these smoothing skills. Although, I find that the heat from the scraper changes the color of the buttercream.

    I used this method last night and it ended up ok but it didnt start that way lol. I didnt crumb coat, which I should have done, and I should have applied my parchment like you did at the top. I will definitely use your method in the future

    If you flip the top layer over to use the bottom of the pan side for the top, you will have a square edge to start with, rather than building it with soft icing.

    • @Lacupella
      @Lacupella  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It all depends on the diameter of you actual cake. Get .50 if your cake doesn’t shrink after baked or shrinks a little bit. And get .25 if your cake shrinks a bit more

But again, since you decided to try and put me in my place once more, I will comment back for the last time, as I have better things to do as an adult then go back and forth with you. First, before you hit send spell check your work and try to make it grammatically correct (if you can). Second, before you decide to be the Queen of Righteousness and call people out online - think again and don’t. If I felt so compelled I could take you to your knees. Do NOT bother to comment back, as I am not interested in anything that you think you have to say. Now be a good little girl and go play outside… it’s a beautiful day!
