I closed my eyes to see swirling colors that bend and crashed into one another. The sound comes in waves. At first it's loud then drifts away and comes back again. There is almost a buoyancy to it. The sacral is something I have been working with my whole life. I had alot of trauma during the birth of both of my children. I receive immense blessings from this one particularly. I feel at one with my ability to birth bliss I create from the deepest passionate part of me.
