How odd. So I listed to the first 3 chakras while doing yoga for each specific one. For the root, my spine tickled and I felt uncomfortable. For the sacral, I felt soooo impatient and I couldn’t wait for it to end. But for the plexus, I actually enjoyed it the most. This one actually made me happy.

I found it crazy that people actually die from constipation. I swear this "gets things moving". If only modern medicine would embrace pure frequency like they have done with lasers. For some reason I’ve felt my heart chakra in particular was very connected with the solar plexus (motivation, self-identity included). It’s been facing a lot of wounds too- and my solar plexus has definitely been a rocky, unstable/ungrounded area for me. Playing this now, my heart is also feeling it. 🤔

I felt it immediately in .y solar plexus chakra. More specifically at the top where it meets the bottom of the heart centre. (Yes i know they're supposed to rotate- unproven) 😂❤
I still do not understand the explanation of shakras. But, while listening (and sound does resonate with me...) I experienced a heat sensation in my abdomen. Then that heat sensation moved up to the center of my chest. So what does this mean? 😂

This chakra does it for me. My heart is so wounded it physically hurts. This makes me positive and takes the pain out
