one of my family members last night said something that triggered me and I was so absolutely shocked of how angry I reacted and could not go to sleep I felt this tension and restlessness in my heart this video really saved me i slept so peacefully and woke up more grounded can't thank you enough ❤
I ended up falling asleep to this playing on a loop some nights ago and it works so well. I awoke during the night to my body pulsing strongly (but not uncomfortably) and my heart was pumping, again not uncomfortably though. It felt nice to know it was working as intended and I easily went back to sleep, though I did turn it off as it had been going for long enough.
I am now finding myself more & more patiently waiting for you to drop more of these kinds of videos! I truly have been at peace with these lately, they really are healing! I find myself resting to these videos so so peacefully... it’s almost hypnotic I feel. Again, thank you for your healing hands. 🤍🤍🤍

In terms of what I would think my body most needed help with right now or at the time I need that comment, I suppose I don't really have to answer that question but I had been diagnosed not too long before that with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, which is a condition of the autonomic nervous system where it struggles to regulate your heart rate when standing and moving. Introspection tells me other things about why certain of the singing bowl notes resonate more with me, but some of that is more personal than I feel like sharing. Wishing you the much happiness...

That's hard to say. A couple of the tones feel more jarring for me individually, but this one feels very pleasant. I was recently diagnosed with POTS, which is a condition where the autonomic nervous system struggles to regulate heart rate when standing. Not life threatening, just life changing. It also affects the circulation. I have been working on rehabilitation for the past couple of months, and things are improving... I am not an expert in the chakras, but I would guess for me at least this feels so pleasant because that part of my system is out of whack and needs to be brought into balance. Just a guess though...
Ok, blessedup kinda has a point in that if those symptoms don't stop if you've got this bowl sound paused or off, evaluation by a health professional would be a good idea. Generally stroke wouldn't be the first thing I think of when it comes to breathing and heaviness issues in the chest, not to be alarmist but other cardiac issues can cause that if it's going on when the bowl sound is stopped. Take good care of yourself 💜
This could absolutely be due to some form of resistance you are experiencing within you. The best thing to do when you feel this is to take deep breaths into the feeling and breathe it out. If the feeling persist you might want to check in with a specialist.
At around 25.00 minutes( even before and till end), there is some loud chirping sound also along with the sound of the bowl played . Is it intentional ?
