✨Every part of our body, every bone, every tendon, every organ, every molecule is in a constant state of vibration. With this consideration, there are many energy points within us that could be considered minor and major chakras as they all vibrate at their own frequency. All of these energetic points also connect with each other and are all connected to one of the main 7 chakras.
✨In this sound bath, we will be focusing on the 7 energy points that make up the Sacral Chakra, the Pelvis, Bladder, Left Testis/Ovary, Right Testis/Ovary, Left Kidney, Right Kidney, and the Primary Sacral Chakra. Some have defined these energy centers as their own 'minor' chakras associated with the Sacral 'primary' chakra.
✨In this practice, we will focus on each of these areas and cleanse, clear and re-balance them with 5 specific frequencies. I've personally interpreted their representation in vibration form in the list below.
🧡The Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva Tibetan singing bowl that resonates at 136Hz and represents the Pelvis.
🧡The 210Hz Sacral tuning fork represents the Reproductive Organs; Testis and Ovaries
🧡The 576Hz Tube Harp represents the Bladder
🧡The 3,367Hz Synodic Moon chime represents the Kidneys
🧡And lastly, the 288Hz crystal singing bowl represents the primary Sacral chakra. 🧡
By aligning all 7 of the minor chakras with the primary chakra, this will allow any blockages to clear. And by taking some time to focus on each energy point individually will allow for release and clearing to take place.
When your sacral chakra feels balanced and aligned you will open up the doors for more joy and passion to flow into your life as well as the ability to express yourself emotionally. - เพลง

I'm curious what sensations other people feel when doing this. It was difficult for me to discern how these frequencies affected me physically, because I was in a lot of menstrual pain already. However, I was intensely emotionally impacted by this particular sound bath, like none of the others have. I wasnt focusing 100% on the video at first but when I sat in a meditative pose on my couch holding my tummy, I was fully watching and really enjoying the effects while taking in the sound, and when all the frequencies were in harmony I burst into tears and couldn't stop crying. But in a good way. It was cathartic. It helped ease my pain but I would like to try again when I'm feeling normal to see what others mean when they say they can actually feel it in their abdomen. So cool! Thank you for this!
