The wisdom comes when we make the choices that honor who we are and where we want to see ourselves. We cannot be weak and succumb to fleshly desires for the moment and compromise our destiny. Knowing exactly who we are and what we want and committing daily to live that way will help us make better decisions. This is only possible when we are aligning ourselves: our identity and character with God’s perspective. Get rid of all the voices and lies that have been driving you away from your blessings and let God re write your story! It is never too late ❤️🤗🙏🏼🙌🏼

Taking care of self is so paramount. Since I incorporated this, my life is simpler & more fulfilling.
I learned that structure is necessary having a brain injury.
I eliminated much toxicity. It was negatively affecting every area of my life. I had to distance myself from people.

This was so profound that it took me 5 days to finish writing all the notes I took. I am not going to even tell you how many pages of notes I ended up writing. This was so GREAT!!! You definitely hit a lot of key points and I LOVED the order that you gave all the different relationships because it made sense, especially the point you made about having a solid relationship with yourself first before being able to have a relationship with God. The A&B to each other. I am a Christian as well (i just recently been baptized) and I now starting to learn how to live in my truth and once I accepted my truth and verbalized it to the sistas' who help me with my Christian walk, I am beginning to understand why some of my relationships in my life were very toxic. I wasn't truthful about who I was and the fear and anger inside of me caused me accumulate more fear and anger even around me.
Thank you also about being so truthful about your journey because and integrating the things you had to change or go through so you can further progress your business, your brand and your totality as a human being. You sharing your experiences really and resonated with me. I have some of your books on my kindle (didn't get to read them yet, but I will very soon) and I definitely saw some of your you tube videos - nothing short of awesome - that are so practical and so on point with the various relationship advice you have given. I feel so blessed to hear your advice and see your videos. Keep doing the GREAT work that you do and living your purpose and destiny.

This the first time he came up in my TH-cam 😮 This is so true since I’ve been taking care of myself and saying no to people- everything has been flowing so well. My suitors have improved exponentially! They’ve gotten so serious I’m nervous! These guys mean business now- talking marriage and commitment! After years of meeting unfocused guys- I’ve realized it was up to me to set standards and love myself all along! I would first like to say thanks for you responding in such realistic ways that speak to the core of the daily issues that face and deal with or that even deal with us when left unchecked. Second the listening aspect of being in relationship with daddy God he is always talking but we never give him our undevivided attention he is such a loving very active Father that desires to be apart of our entire life it wasn't until everyone was removed that I learned to lean and depend on God and take ownership for my part in investing in the relationship of my creator now I live to bring him glory this brings me so much joy with only 3 to 4 maybe 5 hours of sleep a day because I have to get up early and invest in building myself up so that I'm a better Queen, Daughter, friend, and minister learning how to love myself makes my life so much better in every way in Jesus name.

Stephan I like how you spoke about God and knowing when God speaks to you about something. People don't realize, If God wants you to be still. God will find a way, any means necessary if so. Paying attention to the signs and listening for his words and orders. This falls into the Category of, warnings and protections. God just save me from something, from not going there or doing that today. Everything happens in our lives, it happaens for a reason. But only if we hadn't pay attention, to God and what he was trying to show us. God will show us things, if we slow down long enough to here him whisper in our ear. The spirit mind and body, has to be open and ready to receive his words. Some people say, I never heard God talking to me. Maybe they're spirit wasn't humble enough, to receive his presence.🙏🤔🙄

I told God I was ready for Prince Charming, and within days I met my current husband. However, my husband and I are on the rocks. I’m ready to heal and move forward but he’s not ready to make a decision. I keep asking for God for guidance and I do ask Him what to do, but I can’t hear Him.

I guess I take good care of myself for years now, except for a few narcissistic and one dangerous man passing me by but I'm still here and healing. I feel like there is an invisible big circle around me that doesn't allow anything or anyone coming closer to me at the moment. If hope it's God's presence protecting me in this stage of my life?!
I'm in my cocoon.
Meanwhile trying to start up my creativity develop my talents. I live a quiet life. I work, listen to music, go to the gym. Making my plans next steps. I removed all people who I felt were controlling. I love people tho.
I only use you tube, no FB. Educating myself on red flags etc 😊
My house is very light.
The atmosphere is so important indeed.

Wauw this video is so confirming amazing thank you. Example: two years ago I felt like drawing the word TRUST on my wall. In black calligraphic letters.
Months later a psychopath assaulted me in my house but I got out alive after traumatic stuff but ok I escaped. After that I renewed the floor, furniture everything. I painted all the walls white and one very light grey..My house felt peaceful and serene again and Holy Spirit helped me to love my house despite the one night nightmare.
I will probably still sell and buy another house to have a new start but I really enjoy the atmosphere of my house again.
Adding colors can make a big difference spiritually for sure..As a teenager I often felt depressed in my parents house. There was a lot of dark red and wooden furniture from my deceased grandparents.
I now have a white - light grey floor with indigo blue and yellow pillows on the couch. Colours and light make me happy and more creative too.

Regarding romantic relationships: How should a woman respond when a man overestimates his OWN ability to engage her meaningfully and consistently on a deeper level? Healthy relationships require a certain skill set. Men often run with it in the beginning when they believe they've found "HER." His focus is on having her and less on being secure in his ability to maintain. It's unfortunate because most women assess on the front end. (When he's enthusiastically pursuing and presenting his best self.) Once she chooses him, he believes his work is done. This is when a man may pull back because he is just now taking time to assess. His initial goal was aquisition. He believes his motives were pure. He has no clue that he is disingenuous. He has no idea that his 1st lie (maybe even of omission) was to himself. He neglected to SELF assess. He didn't take time to ask "Am I ready for what I think I want?" Am I prepared to engage this woman? Or would I prefer to keep it superficial? So much is done out of selfishness... a catering to Ego.

OMG, I just sent my mom and dad a letter yesterday telling them that I had resentments towards them and is causing me to be a horrible person to the people that come into my life. So I sent them a letter to know this and let them know that I forgive both of them as well.

Stephan, I know this is an older video. However, I was looking for videos that talk about enhancing our relationships as individuals, spiritual beings and our psychological being. I was looking for this as a basis of building a good foundation for us to be Healthy to attract more healthy companionship? What does a healthy single individual look like socially, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually? I believe that this component is a great component to start. An example would be standards for yourself, recreational activity, " saying Yes or saying No". What are the cycles that should be broken?
