Doing things "Naturally"

If you're reading this, you're probably like me and prefer to do things naturally whenever possible. But, is it always better to do things naturally? On one side, conventional medicine seems to only ever offer us prescriptions and surgeries. On the other side, many chiropractors and naturopaths will tell you that ALL drugs and ALL surgeries are unnecessary and dangerous. So, what is the reasonable truth that most people can live with? Hopefully, I'll get us a little closer to that in this video.
