I was struck when the Rabbi said on a cloud or on a donkey. There was a man who did exactly that. He was rejected by the religious leaders. Well, most of them.
Funnily enough, I hear he will make another return - from the clouds for all to see.
We were all undeserving when Mashiach came riding on a donkey. We are still undeserving when Mashiach comes on the cloud. But Adonai will keep a remnant for His Mashiach. Zechariah 12, 13 and 14.

While I was young I was listening my father, he was a great father who genuinely waiting for to see the good government & fair judgement for poor people in my mother land Ethiopia. Instead, things get worst no good news, so, he prayed to die before hearing the child death. my family history is very sophisticated. I can not explained it easily. I am an Ethiopian Israeli, the youngest child in my family. It is time for the New Testament I believe in The Almighty God reviled by all His word is true by His children based on the first promised land that is the State of Israel. Moshiach is jewish indeed, but our materialism and arrogant self-love (yes, not all self-love is healthy, ask any narcissist!) has blinded us to Him, because He has truly come (through natural means, and through acts of charity, which are the true miracles, not the fancy displays of magic many wrongly believe), and he has opened the Door to Heaven: Our Minds. And each time we care for our neighbor, He returns in a way no other human being will ever be able to do, and anyone who claims or pretends to be Moshiach is simply a false god, because a true Moshiach sees God in Others and Serves them, not just himself. So yes: Freedom is a basic element in the environment of that dimension we call Heaven, and until we free ourselves from our vain wordly desires, we won't even get a glimpse of that Kingdom.

That’s funny you say that, I’ve been lighting candles on Friday sunset and learning about Hashem, my daughter who is 18 actually lit the candles for me one Friday as I missed it. And was soooo happy she had been watching me and the prayer I’d say during it. I thanked her and said hashem would be so happy and she smiled and walked off. So it does happen

Moshiach came riding humbly on a donkey AND doing miracles. He will return suddenly in the clouds. Like Moshiach Ben Joseph, he was rejected by brothers, 'raised from the dead'(delivered from hole and sent to Egypt), and brought light to gentiles; then will be reunited and revealed to his brothers as Jewish Moshiach(saving the entire nation of Israel). Moshiach is both Ben Joseph and Ben David - came as humble servant and returns as conquering King.

The judgment made on the house of Eli has no connection to blood atonement but their bad behavior . The statement made by the writer of the book of Hebrews which you refer to is nonsense compared to the Torah and prophets, Hoshea ch6 v6. It is my sense that Meshiah came in 1948. How is this? G-d announced to Pharoah that Israel is His Firstborn Son. Then when the tabernacle was dedicated, Aaron was anointed and then his sons and they in turn blessed and sprinkled the congregation. Shoots from the olive tree of Jesse will be branches to head the government to build up the tabernacle of David. Those individual leaders will lead the nation until HASHEM comes with his holy ones. Where and when does Elijah come? Ezekiel says HASHEM will give us the King who will never die. Therefore, we as a nation have a preparation of our way of thinking into unity and understanding how to work together. We are moving along with this.

As a non Jew it was interesting to listen to the Jewish perspective. What i noticed, though, is that this rabbi never says where his statements are in the book he repeatedly references. For example page, chapter or verse. I see this in Christianity as well. In Leaders making statements that they say are in the Bible but don't provide where they're getting the info.

Watch out for that stumbling block
Interesting that you mention the Alter Rebbe; I believe he is also reputed to have said "The Moshiach that is coming you will not want, and the Moshiach you want will not be coming" or words to that effect. Regarding the early coming of Moshiach, there is also that passage in Isaiah 59:16 " And He saw that there was no man, and was astonished that there was no intercessor; therefore His own arm brought salvation unto Him; and His righteousness, it sustained Him; " . Regarding current conditions, there are the previous paragraphs: " 11 We all growl like bears, and mourn sore like doves; we look for right, but there is none; for salvation, but it is far off from us. 12 For our transgressions are multiplied before Thee, and our sins testify against us; for our transgressions are present to us, and as for our iniquities, we know them: 13 Transgressing and denying the LORD, and turning away from following our God, speaking oppression and perverseness, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood. 14 And justice is turned away backward, and righteousness standeth afar off; for truth hath stumbled in the broad place, and uprightness cannot enter. 15 And truth is lacking, and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey.
