In today's video, I'm building a British semi-detached house that offers two units, decorated for two different families in different styles!

I’m German myself but I’ve lived in the UK for a bit and this is so spot on 😂 I’m so sad, your houses have so much more curb appeal and that makes streets look so much nicer, but British architects have a talent for making the smallest rooms possible on the inside. I want our German streets to look like yours but keep our interiors. That would be the perfect mix

it's so difficult to make realistic builds in the sims look good, and not just like a block lmao, but this looks sooo good i love it so much!! see these types of houses everywhere

Absolutely obsessed - every room in the old house replicated my elderly relative’s homes, and the renovated one is such a good classic nuclear family house which all of my friends seemed to have. Only thing that would’ve made it better would be a red/black corsa in the drive for the obvious teenage son 😂
loooove this build so much. semis like this always make me think of my friends' homes from childhood (my childhood home is a semi but very random in the middle of nowhere lol). i even had a friend who put up a "temporary" pool one summer and just didn't take it back down for a few years haha
of course not even seen the interior yet but just the exterior is so good already x

The details in this are soo accurate. The kitchen window hatch 😭 the open door with the animal doorstop 😭 the blow up pool that’s not been used and is just filled with leaves instead 😭 all so accurate. I love being British. And I was a child in the 90’s so it brought back so many happy nostalgic memories!!
The bedroom in the older couple's house looks so much like my late grandma and granddad's old bedroom ❤🥹 it makes my heart hurt in a nice kind of way. The units around and above the bed really made it. Amazing build! Love all the little details.

This is the first time ive watched anything sims related since i used to play the original game in the late 90s and its crazy how much you can do now 😮
It's always nice to hear a lovely introduction even though I've already heard it a thousand times it never gets old

You are a genius when it comes to realism building in the sims. Love the garage with the elevated car and the small details, the corkboard on the old TV stand, the towels on the radiator in the bathroom, brilliant 👏 👌
Please do something like this for each world! Love it. Both dining rooms are my favorite part, nostalgic for me. I've moved a lot.

The serving hatch!! Haha when we moved into my childhood home in the nineties we had one of those, through to the dining room which had pine panelling! Absolutely love this build. So accurate.

This is so good I was convinced the Gail Platt was gonna come storming out after an argument with David 🤣 well done, Im a proud Brit but I have to admit I love the big American homes, they're just so pretty and homely. To own one would be the dream. Take it easy!

Incredible design, it really made me smile and you caught some real features that took me back. I had completely forgotten our second family home had a serving hatch and we felt so posh! ha ha!
Just by the thumbnail alone, this is such an accurate representation of British architecture. Those 2 semis look freakishly similar to the ones down the road from where I live. Cant wait to watch this later. Well done ❤

Amazing build, seaside bathrooms are definitely a thing in the US too. The 2 houses I grew up in each had an ocean or underwater themed bathroom, very 2000's!

I'm honestly obsessed with this - Absolutely love your attitude, like It's just nice having someone be so enthusiastic about their build, and as into the little details as you are. ALSO, using the sculpture thing as a model train circuit is GENIUS, I'm so going to use that x

Best sims builder ive come across tbh, generally watched so many and they're so lazy and repitive at their shapes, indoor decorations etc. Only thing is when you use CC and alot of D Bug i cant use as on console😭 BUT i still download them😂❤

The cat feed lying in front of the cabinets in the kitchen was the perfect touch of realism, hated it when my host family in the uk would just leave everything lying around in the kitchen 😂 how can you cook when there’s stinky cat food and vodka right next to each other?
I watched this without the sound and I love how I could still tell the story of these two households through the items and the vibes
So good, it’s so difficult to get stuff look really British in the Sims but this is spot on

The older house reminds me of my great grandmother apartment, where this amazing human being used to live, and it has brought back so many wonderful memories. This is why I love this game and specially your builds. They’re not just shells with decorations inside. They always come with a backstory, and sometimes they’re so realistic they just remind you of someone in real life. I’ll always say it, no matter how many subscribers you have: you are so underrated. Keep up the amazing work, and happy new year!
I love this build! I’ve been really into making older/outdated homes. I made a home for an elder couple and used the Basement kit tv stand as well and placed a flat screen on top because when I was younger I had an aunt who had an old box tv that was way too heavy to move so she placed a newer tv on top so your build was pretty accurate as well! 😂
I did this too (but 1970s semi). Soooo handy being able to officially split the play. I did diagonal walls on one of the conservatories for them as well. I decorated one to be modern (like, mid 2000s) and the other to not have been touched since the early 80s lol. Was sooooo much fun to build.

first vid of yours ive seen, i used to play the old sims loads, building houses is the most fun bit, i stopped playing but this makes me wanna have another go but you make it look so easy but i bet it isnt, all the touches and thought gone into it, its proper artistic and talented, i bet your house irl looks amazing. enjored listening to your jibber jabber too. i dont think i cba to buy all the expansion packs to be able to build anything, i had a little go on the basic sims 4 but there is hardly any stuff and i found the roof thing well confusing
Love the attention to detail in this build it feels so realistic! Was thinking other things in the garden would be those shed/summer house offices or an old trampoline but no clue how you’d build that 😂

That kitchen on the older side is literally almost identical to my nan and grandads kitchen when I was a kid haha. Love this build❤
I have an idea ! Maybe make a small estate for sims consisting of small houses on the biggest lot (using a rental add-on) and it would be a community taking care of farm animals ! (Using add-ons like horse ranch, cottage life) you could also make a big eco garden and so on! That would be great, I haven't seen that anywhere 💁♀️
Jack Stands/Axle Stands is the word you’re looking for, for cars that look like they’re on platforms😂 this build is incredible as always though, definitely feels like home!
