I miss when the sims team made neighborhoods like willow creek. It’s kind of a boring world but the way the houses are all next to each other is so nice for gameplay and miss the ability to do that in some newer worlds

Omg yes me too! Don’t get me wrong love the style of them and the ‘idea’ of filling out the worlds to make it look bigger and better but I really dislike the fake buildings next to my sims houses 🥲

your builds are not only super well done and beautifully decorated, but the storylines you come up with for the sims you're picturing in them are so good! If my game wasn't so buggy atm I would go right in to it and create these three households!

I keep meaning to say this, but I really appreciate your ability to come up with interesting stories for the families that live in all of the homes you build! They always feel so realistic without getting boring, because your style really lends itself to showing off the charm of domesticity and all the 'boring' homey lives that are so lovable

I am in *love* with all the realistic builds lately. I love a giant, beautiful house with immaculate decor but I also love the run down/ lived in houses.

I always love your story lines when you're doing builds. Your imagination is so creative! I feel like mine is to a certain extent and then I just get tired of it and start another family. LOL
I appreciate you creating stories of the sims that live there and decorating. I think it makes for a better video to see different decorations rather than move in ready.
The idea that the little kid that lives in the green house becoming friends with the old man cause he’s really interested in his collectibles and hobbies is warming my heart 🥹

These are lovely! ✨ I’m addicted to building apartment buildings and multiple houses on one lot. Managed to squeeze five homes onto the big suburban lot in Del Sol Valley and two onto the one next to it, they blend so much better with the neighbourhood!

You should add a wendy house into some house. it's basically like a little small house sort of thing made for kids (like toys fun walpapers stuff like that).
I remember two of my friends had them.

With the game crashing, check your mods! If you have a venues/lot types mod, it might be interfering. Basemental venues was an issue with mine and once I deleted it, my game was good.

This is so cozy looking. I love all the houses. Btw, I really loved your Post Apocalyptic build, mostly cause it was so beautiful and overgrown and run down looking. I'd love to see more of that style, even if it's something cozier like a cottage :)

Now i wanna place that build and renovate the area on where this is placed and make more "smaller houses" on each lot
Idea; imagine sims 4 makes a pack based of like a ‘president’ or ‘mayor’ or ‘ prime Minister’ Job and with that pack you get, a whole new area but with that new area includes a new tool, the tool (hasn’t gotten a name) but this tool allows you to switch between plots very quickly so you could make a whole town in one Location, idk if that’s a weird idea or not but it sounded smart when I was thinking it

Do you think you could build an off-grid historic home, maybe one that looks like it's currently in the 1800s? I'm sure people doing the decades challenge would love that!! I play off-grid a lot, and I always struggle on what to actually put in the houses. A themed house out of history would be fun!

I’ve always thought it was so cool how we had three separate homes in one. The main one, the basement and attic. And it’s so beautiful. I guess this would be possible now with the new pack. Jessicapie, I challange you not to use that black and camo swatch of that single bed for the rest of the year. You use that specific bed So Often. I like the idea of this lot, but i wouldve only done the driveway idea if the lot had a driveway enterance instead of a sidewalk with grass. Idk if that bothers anyone else, or just me. But I do love the entertainment unit in the middle house.

Firstly, thank you you’re incredibly sweet! Are you talking about the place your sims goes if they are in the acting career? I’ve heard that if you build a new one and exit the lot and revisit it reverts back to the original 🥲

I have a few multipurpose lots but I don’t think I’ve done a restaurant and store together yet!

Hello, i just got into sims 4, i love building, thats why i start playing, i built extensively in other survival or build games, but i dont understand a couple of things, how you get street stuff? Like cars lamp posts etc... is it a mod? And also, how 3 houses on same lot can have 3 families? Like they all get their own mailbox? Can live separately? Im sorry but the only expansion i bought was get together because of the building style, i could download mods, but wanted to try base game for the most part

dairy creates mucus in your throat, which negatively affects your vocal chords! caffeine can also dry them out, which is just as bad.

Idk if it’s still early access but simnationtravel by adeepindigo is a cute mod to add car gameplay.
My preference (which a lot of people might diagree with) is to only furnish ONE building in a multi-build lot. I always end up deleting all of the other furnishings and this always takes sooo much time (because drag clicking deletes everything)😅
as someone who likes storytelling I kinda have the opposite opinion. 😅
furnishing all but one house is really fun for me personally. because it helps with immersion and feeling like you've actually got lived-in neighbours, whilst still being able to customise your own part of the lot. nice blend of premade and customisable
however, I totally get your preference too, gameplay wise it might be more fun

if its possible i would like to see your furnish all the builds but have the option to download it without furniture so I can just copy your design while I earn money
you can just download the furnished version and choose "unfurnished" when your sim moves in

I can download residential rentals from the gallery, but I can’t place them until I exit the gallery, change the lot type, and then try again to place the lot.
It’s such a hassle, I hope they fix it soon

I prefer everything be decorated. I only watch for entertainment value, don't download the lots, so leaving an empty lot is not fun for me.
