I'm so tickled by the little "US" touches you added. The laundry room, the garbage disposal, it's so funny to see what people notice as being distinctly American house features
Girl, back in the early 90's we had scavenger hunts ALL the time and we had street signs, traffic safety cones, and an actual street light once. Good fun.

39:00 - Did you know that you can drag a wall photo frame to a table, and it will turn into a standing frame? (Only goes for photos your Sim has taken themselves, but it's quite nice!) ❤

When you were talking about the grandparent knowing about the Secret Service career I was thinking maybe his/her partner used to be in the secret service and their child didn't know, but when their child got with their partner the remaining parent saw the signs and knows. So that way they're both into the charity career of their child but in the know about their child-in-law.
this is perfect for my family!! down to the secret agent room that i will definitely be using for the mom's current villain career 😂

Another beautiful build, as always. Jessica I really, really wish you had both time and inclination to create a tutorial series. You cycle thru the libraries and tools so effortlessly, you amaze me. I've been a Sims fan since the original games back in the early 90's and have done my share of in-game custom builds, and have even used the game to model and test out ideas for real life designs (I'm an architect) so as to help myself visualize how spaces I am creating will work (or not!). Once I starting using AutoCAD tho (almost 20 years ago, now), I pretty much stopped building in Sims games. And now, while my CAD skills are very good, my skills for building in Sims is decades out of practice and given the tools and libraries available when Sims 2 was the best available, I'm woefully behind the curve when I make my very sad attempts to build anything, even fairly simple buildings, in Sims 4 base game (all I have at present). Despite my age (70 yrs), I am still working, so my time to play any game is limited, and it's been frustrating to get stuck trying to build in Sims 4. Just a suggestion, a plea, for help, hahaha.

Omg I had the same idea last week! I decided to build a family house with everything possible, but the house itself ended up so big that the horse training stuff didn't fit in the lot (even with it being the biggest in the game lol) still dreading to do the landscape tho

You are a master at design, i would definitely recommend you branch out and make full saves and world rebuilds.
for houses without driveways you could use the tool mod to put the car on the road outside the house bc it looks rlly realistic x
