chicapure did you happen to purchase a barbell and weight set ? If so, what brand and from where . I had to cancel my gym membership because my mommy life doesn't permit me to get it done so I want to get some equipment to do it at home .

I just use dumbells and modify them as I can with the dumbells ! I have from 5 lbs to 10 lb 15 lb 20 lbs !! Haven’t used 20 yet lol but all her workouts are great !!!
Love how you actually show when a movement is tough to get through. A lot of other fitness TH-cam just cut the difficulty out and make it seem like their entire workout was a breeze when that's not reality. LOVE YOU WHITNEY xoxo love from Canada

I mean this in the best way possible but it gives me a little bit of comfort seeing your form break down just a lil bit in your around the worlds just like me! But only just a lil bit, and you use heavier weights than I do so you're still queen. I mean those things are so hard YOU'RE NOT LYING!!!

ahh new subscriber. sorry in advance for the long message... but i've gradually moved through your videos as in went from your workout vids, to your hauls, your favorites, and your q and a's. i am not disappointed. i love how consistent you are throughout your videos and i love how you always make sure to explain how you can moderate exercises. you say how you can make a work out "at home friendly" if you don't have equipment. you just put a lot of thought into your videos and you're funny and beautiful and positive to boot. you've definitely rounded out my workouts a lot more. i've gotten into the habit of screen shotting the actual moves or else i'll forget how you do them by the time i go to the gym. you're awesome! x
Let me start off by saying that I never comment on TH-cam videos. However, I tried this workout yesterday for shoulder day and I have been lifting for 3 years consistently. Recently I have become a bit bored with the same exercises and needed a change. As someone who is an intermediate/advanced lifter, this workout was killer. I almost died using less weight than you did lol Thanks so much for the amazing content Whit! Keep them coming! You deserve all the views and success you're getting :)
