Thank you for this Sarah! Do you have any info on how to know when toddlers are ready to move to one nap, my son is 14 and half months and still goes down well for both naps and night time.
My daughter is 3.5 months and generally happy has gained weight well and is breastfed. She sleeps about 20 min to an hour when not in her swing.. BUT will sleep for 2 hours plus when having a supervised snooze in her swing. For temporary reasons she has to nap where I am in the house so her swing is just one of her sleep spots although she will nap anywhere (I know, i know I'm lucky). I would like her to transition to sleep in her crib/ bassinet eventually but I feel like I could be creeping into sleep crutch territory and want to know if its better to just loose the swing even though she gets those nice long stretches...?
