I have to say I've been enjoying this headset used with a PC. My work bought all of us this headset (I assume they got a deal on them) to use with our softphone solution when working tech support help desk for hospitals. I can't say I've used every feature of the headset but I can say that it feels decent on my head when on there for the majority of a 10 hour shift compared to the smaller cheaper headset they had formerly provided. I'm not sure I like the feel as much as I like the feel of my Senheiser HD350BT Headphones I use as Headphones with my phone but in terms of a headset for both output and microphone and for doing my job its great.
@@mystique5365 I tried and hated the Pulse ps5 headsets (too uncomfortable), I moved to Astro A50 using the ps5 adapter and I'm able to use chat/game balance with no problem :) this feature is a must for me, to be able to adjust my friends party in the middle of a quick gunfight, without pausing the game and messing with the settings

@@elijnr I got the same white 7p+ and it’s still doing amazing to this day. I never compared the regular to the plus so I’m not sure but if anything, get the 7p+
So I bought these back in September 2021 and just stopped using them recently. I regret the purchase hugely. The mic quality, audio quality and the comfort are way too average (even after tweaking some things in the software in the case of audio and mic quality) to justify the price point. Further more the dongle blocking a port is a complete joke. There’s better wireless options out there and I have personally gone back to a wired connection and opted for the pc38x.
If you own all gaming systems why would you buy the white ones? I will help everyone out. Get the black ones meant for xbox. It comes with a dongle that will let you split between the playstation and xbox it's a no brainer. The white ones are only for playstation. But the black ones work with everything via Bluetooth with the dongle. You're welcome.
I know I'm a year late, but you're better off buying the microphone separately. They'll have better audio quality and can be modified with an equalizer compared to any mic attached to these headsets
@@NTFCNathan As far as I can tell spot on. I stream some games. So when I’ve streamed myself playing Demon Souls and watched it back I come through fine!!! (Note I don’t even pull the mic out all the way.) when I play WZ Caldera with my mate he said he can hear feed back from my mic. But to be fair that might be because I’ve turned up the mic via my PS5. Just an FYI I think the Arctis 7P Plus are superb. I originally had the pulse which I found really uncomfortable after an hour or so of gaming. I would defo recommend these 👍🏻
Can I use these for my Xbox one? I accidentally got these instead of the arctis 7x so I wanna know if I need to return these or if they will just connect to my Xbox
Bought mine in September and I do not regret it. The + costs $20 more with usb-c charging port and 30 hours battery life. Not worth it for the $20 extra

All I wanted to do is setup this darn Steelseries Arctis 7p+wireless. I am still not sure what I did and didn't do. I do not even have gaming crap at this time. for the login and so called download software well. That did not work as you screen and the screen from web site did not match at all. GRRRR. Oh yes. I am a grouchy retiree that does not enjoy nerd lets screw with it stuff. I am not impressed. Wondering if I should just send the whole thing back and wait for one of you techno nerds to make a video that is relevant.

One major feature it is missing is the game/chat mix amp control on headset.
It's because it doesn't work game/chat mix doesn't work on ps5 on any headset because of Sony so they changed it since it's "made" for ps5

As someone who has both Razor V2 and 7p+, I would highly recommend the 7p any day

Love them but little disappointed that i can't control chat volume on side of head set. If they had that these would be fantastic.

7p+ switches micro usb to usb c. It also gets a bigger battery with fast charging. Other than that, they are identical.
