@@LoveMyDaisyGirl911 I paid about a thousand bucks for mine. Not cheap, but I've used it a dozen times so far and can't wait for more. I've wanted a smoker forever, but couldn't have an outdoor version so I jumped on this when I heard about it.
Didn't know this existed. Im recently divorced and moved into an apartment. I can not have any type of grill or smokers at my apartment. All of mine are locked up in storage now. I'm seriously considering buying one of these now. How do they do?
What kind of wood pellets did you use to smoke it? I tried smoking steak for the first time yesterday and I used applewood, honestly I didn’t really think the flavor belonged. Would another type of wood be better?
Pecan is my favorite for beef. But oak, maple, mesquite and hickory are great too. You can also buy or make your own blends. I like some cherry in the mix for color on the beef. But otherwise I'd suggest using the apple (and cherry) on white meats, seafood vegetables and desserts.
Be warned once I bought my house. I invited my parents over for a simple meal, juicy steak, sautéed shrimp, baked potato, and asparagus. They show up every year now wanting their meal.
Omaha is a ripoff for the quality, i couldnt tell the difference between them and a normal Publix steak, the only thing i could tell a difference with is their Private Reserve which is their most expensive cut, that was actually good af..but anything else is a little overpriced imo
Indoor smoker?? We are living in amazing times
Seems like it takes the beer out of smoking 😂
Only 999.99

Porterhouse is great but smoking inside I just couldn’t do it’s my time for me to drink and be free of the littles and wife 😂
Wait wait wait. Indoor smoker, the hexclad flex, and the thickness of these steaks. Its a lot to unpack here in this one 😅

I’ll bet dollars to donuts the indoor smoking manufacturer paid you a nice promoter fee. Zero chance I’m buying an indoor smoker lol
I was thinking the same thing! She's not promoting the Steaks 😂😂

Some y’all really don’t understand how a indoor smoker works
Who makes that smoker
*Please tell me you seasoned BOTH sides of the steaks*
Of course she did, you can see the seasoning rub off on the rack when she slides the steak in.
What do you think?
yah cause we all have an indoor smoker
Porterhouse is not the king of steak
