You still need paper towel even if you have a bidet i believed. I’ve been a bidet long time user probably 15+ years already. So I think, the most efficient way you can do it is, after you are done doing your business, wipe your precious hole with a paper towel, just give it a good wipe and THEN run your bidet after the wipe. The idea is, you actually want to contain and have very less to spray off (again around your precious hole) for me, its just a gross idea just to spray the yuckiess off and lots of those yucky stuff/particles maybe will be flying around, and trust me you will see them around the inner edge of your toilet. So yeah, wipe first and then spray, best method. Oh, also, you still need the paper towel to wipe dry to finish the whole thing, unless you are using those fancy Japanese bidet with hot air mode for drying your behind. But then again, i still personally like to wipe dry with a paper towel coz it literally takes 10 secs ,so much faster than the Japanese auto dry mode.
Also change the way you sit - it should be like squat position for which you can grab a step stool put your legs on it - The squat position has been the ancient way back in India for its immense benefits for the Gut and as per Ayurveda recommends
Im female, on ssi, foodstamps, etc. Post covid during the tp shortage i made reusable fabric butt wipes because of tp costs, food costs/avsilablity, and plumbing issues at my apt complex causing tp to constantly clog the toilets. Thank god i didnt have a downstairs unit bevause they cinstantly have septic water backing up in tgeur tubs and sinks. Also, i no longer buy disposable pads and tampons though i have them as a gauze pad option in my first aid kit. I get nasty abcesses from spuder bites, and u cant 100% avoid ever beinv bitten even by non venmous ones. I have reusable mestral pads with some kind of charcoal for absorbtipn, and rubber reusable menstral cups instead of tampons and disposable pads. I think tjis option while kinda a pain in the ass is a better, more cost effective, anf safer option when a bedet is not

Im female, on ssi, foodstamps, etc. Post covid during the tp shortage i made reusable fabric butt wipes because of tp costs, food costs/avsilablity, and plumbing issues at my apt complex causing tp to constantly clog the toilets. Thank god i didnt have a downstairs unit bevause they cinstantly have septic water backing up in tgeur tubs and sinks. Also, i no longer buy disposable pads and tampons though i have them as a gauze pad option in my first aid kit. I get nasty abcesses from spuder bites, and u cant 100% avoid ever beinv bitten even by non venmous ones. I have reusable mestral pads with some kind of charcoal for absorbtipn, and rubber reusable menstral cups instead of tampons and disposable pads. I think tjis option while kinda a pain in the ass is a better, more cost effective, anf safer option when a bedet is not

@@ianstuart5660 central tx. I live in austin, in low income housing. I also soent time living homeless in a tent because of a slum lord landlord. Im currently moving into a new and better apt under the radar while staying at the old crap hole apt until i get all my stuff, myself, and my cat out. The crap hole has had zero hot water since last week, no wirking kitchen sink for 3-4 months, a vullet hole in my sons bedroom windiw sunce july, and 3 above ground septic leaks that i know of in xommon areas around tge comolex for months. A place lije this we pay for pest control that i havent seen in four years at keast, and rats have been a constant in the walls since i moved in over 6 years ago. Im glad to finally get tge f out if dodge. Though, as u can imagine with all tge otger ussues spiders are tye keast of my probs and mostly beneficial at thus point
