This video on the steak was good one.The Cowboy Butter video makes number 15 of the last video of 32 of the playlist.I've watched the first 17 videos started with the chili cheese hot dogs wit onions two days ago. Then i watched all of the 15 videos started with the prime ribs.I started watching around 12:42pm and i finished the very last video at 5:36pm.I enjoyed all 32 videos. He will make a great chief if he continues on.WOW he's 24yrs old.Same age as my second son.A 2000 baby. All 32 videos deserve a like and a 👍.
You Argentines have messed me up with Chimichuri! Had it once and now I make it weekly as I eat this on all my meats. Hell, I even dip bread in it and eat it. 😂
@@robertweston7712 I agree. I follow so many Argentinian chefs and those style after them. Francis Mallmann being my fav. As a contrast I also make a sauce combining sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, chimi herbs, salt, pepper, garlic and horseradish/wasabi paste edit: +lemon juice. Also have to try the cowboy butter!
It’s rare to see such a small channel make such a bomb video. The food is looking perfect, and the cooking process is clean. You my friend are made for this
Ay bro first time seeing this page, the quality of videos are like those of people with million of followers….. keep up the work your channnel will sky rocket beleive me
before watching the ending... im gonna say the "cowboy butter" is going to be the best one. ive never made it myself but those ingredients are pure umami
Your speech cadence made me think I must have accidentally set my playback at 1.5x. ;) I'll have to try this and compare out myself. Was that smoked, hot or sweet paprika? The only statement you made in this excellent video that I though was way off base is when you said "you're not going to eat this stake all at once". That's crazy talk. ;)
Haha yea I tend to talk fast I try to slow down😂 but it was smoked paprika. That indeed was a crazy statement I sure did it all at once. Thanks for the comment!
First time watcher-- Very informative and entertaining video! If I may make a suggestion: to minimize the 'chewing and swallowing' sounds, instead of clipping your mic on the collar of your shirt, put it on the top edge of the apron or the strap near where it meets the apron.... I look forward to getting more of your vids in my recommendations! (BTW; is that an STCG skillet I saw?!?) Blessed Be, & Peace! 🙏☮
Argie here. Thanks for not adding cilantro and thinking we are mexico. That said, your chimi has no red whine vinegar, and also we use neutral oil for chimi, but you won't get deported out of Argentina for using Olive oil since it's part of our cuisine anways. Also we never use bell peppers on chimi, either green or red or whatever. The closest thing we have to that is salsa criolla which is white onions, vinegar, neutral oil, uncooked and diced bell peppers and parsley. All in all said it still looks good and, the most important thing: THANKS FOR NOT USING CILANTRO OR MAKING IT SPICY so 8.5/10 Best of luck with your channel
In Mexican cuisine. Chimi is from Argentina and we don’t use or have cilantro. The only place you’ll find cilantro in Argentina is in a Mexican/eastern restaurant, or in the super market. It’s like asking where’s the pork in an Arab dish: it’s just not there.
I love Cowboy butter and your recipe because it has to have the cilantro stalks cut in to small pieces. The only thing I modify is one tsp of cayenne for the added spice and mustard seed instead of Dijon. Goes great with any steak and buttery smashed new potatoes.

Blending isn't lazy, it's efficient :) And, as an Argentine, chimichurri is king... But I'm going try this cowboy butter. Great video
Thank you!

Thanks for the sauces will try them all 3. How long can you keep the sauce in the fridge if you want to make a good amount for other days.
I would say 5-7 days depending on how well you store them but they should be good for good amount of days. Thanks for the comment I hope this helps
@deraythecook it does help thanks.

Love to hear that! Gotta give that cowboy butter a try!
What kind of blender is that?
It was a “citi group” blender. My pops got it from his job back in the day. Hope this helps
How long can those sauces last in the refrigerator???
2-3 weeks tightly covered! Always give it a smell check before to double check. Thanks for the comment!
Can you be my cook? Good looking 😋🤤🤤
And I choose # 3 chimichurri😊.
Haha thank you
Third hodge twin

You pronounced Worcestershire sauce pretty good. I'm British and i struggle to pronounce it haha
Hahah thank you!
What brand is the blender?
Ninja!
Both look great, I prefer more garlic in my chimichuri. Argentinians prefer to use Safflower oil but olive oil is healthier.
Thank you!

Can you freeze this sauce for later ?
Yes, in an airtight container

When I saw video thumbnail I thought it was one of the hodge twins cooking
Haha don’t know who that is, I’ll have to check lol
Facts.... i was like one of them shaved nd started cooking now too?
Chimichuri is healthier
Debatable but definitely the healthier of the choices
Crack sauce beats both hands down. Jeow som is the best for meats
Gotta try it
@@DERAYTHECOOK you should brother. Honest it real good with any meat & seafood
Geez that’s some loud cow munching sounds

You lost me when you said everything tastes the same " chopped or in a blender" that's just not true, and if you were a cook you'd know...
Test for me and let me know if you can tell the difference😂
