    I love the last one!!! So much space, the kitchen is beautiful and the separate room is amazing

    I loved option 2, but I like having more space so the last one is probably my favorite! That den space is awesome and the kitchen was so pretty😍

      I always say, its all about figuring out your main priorities when it comes to finding the perfect apartment!

    I love the 2nd one, the convertible unit. Granted, I would go with a typical one bedroom, but I love how it reminds me of lofts, which I love. At the end, I would probably go with the last one, the one bedroom for the space. While I live alone, a studio just feels too small for me (yup, I lived in one).
    By the way, even though I'm not looking for an apartment right now, I love your videos! I love looking at what I can potentially afford in the future, and how apartments look in the pricing category that I can't afford.

    The one bedroom is fabulous!

    Option 3 or 4. I think I’d have a tough time choosing. Their both pretty awesome

    Option #2 is my favorite. If she's working in the city and plans to walk to work, one of the first two options would be best. But if she wants to get out of the city commotion, I'd say Option #4.

    I have an amazing one to add to the list. Check out 320 N Michigan. Rent is 1750-1850 for a 1 bedroom with in unit washer and dryer and all appliances. It is a modernized building as well

    The one bed is the best value and a nice unit. If they have any amenities and if it is close what the client needs to do that is the one.

    I love this! I’ll be moving to Chicago soon :) genuine question: I’ve never worked with a leasing agent before, do you get paid better based on what the client ends up choosing?

    • @CairaButton
      @CairaButton  2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Typically no, however some times a building will offer extra bonuses, but honestly it’s so slight that it doesn’t change what I show my clients. I would rather find my client their dream place instead, because then I know I crushed it and they will want to work with me again!☺️
