I watch a lot of apt tour videos from realtors in Houston and if I may suggest you may want to consider showing the apt full screen and just doing a voice over. It’s definitely more engaging and gives us a better view and idea of what we could be getting ourselves into. Some of the best apt review videos do the same. It’s just like we see more of you than the apt even though the video is about the apt.
Whoa! Those are AMAZING prices! There tend to be more specials during the winter months as well. The last one with the French doors would have been my pick!

Oh wow that’s a good price! Here in Texas the cute apts are going for about 1,300-1,600 & even more in other locations so it’s crazy that it can be doable

This video is even helpful for me since this budget is something I would even choose! Love these many options! Id prob go with the 1bd in Streeterville because of the huge space!

These are beautiful. This gets me optimistic about coming to Chicago now. I’m lowkey worried that I won’t make enough to pay rent and things like that with the money
There's a place for all kinds of budgets in Chicago! You just have to be prepared to compromise on different wish list items depending on your budget! 😊
I need the washer and dryer in unit. I loved those French doors. I need parking for my job but I want to park the car on my days off and not get back inside it. Walk everywhere. Dog friendly and dog run or close park a must, i will sacrifice size for view and amenities!
I can't wait to move to Chicago

@@aeimiller2740 cool. I've seen three videos, and she hasn't ventured any further away than River North. Would love to see someone talk about living in Chicago by talking about living in Logan Square, Andersonville, Bridgeport, etc. Living in Chicago and just mentioning Downtown, Streeterville, River North is just speaking to a wealthy sliver of potential Chicagoans and not at all representative, in my humble opinion.
