Hi LCruu! How did we miss this video? Just watched! Great to see the tour of your building and apartment. Beautiful building, we like that old charm. Good luck with your plants!
This is such a beautiful place. Your personality made the viewing that more great. Awesome video!
thank you lexi! ❤️❤️
For the price, not too shabby! Thanks for sharing!
it has its pros and cons! haha
Awesome tour
thank you for comin by!
Thank you sharing ❤
thanks for watching!
Love this girl!!! Did u see pics of the place before u got it?! Cause your fit matched perfectly 🔥 honestly that place is a beautiful starter place!!! I love this for you❤
haha I didnt even think about it! thanks for watching :)
I am paying $1700 and live about 20 miles outside the city. But it is not bad with the size. The fridge 🤣. Yes in unit laundry! I do not have access to a washer or dryer at all, I have to send out it but nice that it is done for me. I have a lot natural light too, so sorry about the plants. Yes a lot of older buildings do not have central air or heat I don't either. The area is super important glad you like it and feel safe. Ooo rooftop access. Thanks for taking us on this tour! 👍☺🥰
Such a home-y home!!!
it is indeed !
Omg your place is huge compared to my 1 bedroom!! I pay $1605 for a 1 bedroom in Lincoln square. Granted I do have a large private patio and it’s more updated, but the inside space is not nearly as large as yours!!! I love your space! Too bad I just resigned 😅 I’m looking to live in lakeview again soon, maybe once I can afford a condo
You get a nice view but wow that price is crazy!! In Canada we are paying that amount for a brand new 2200sqft 4 bedroom 4 bath house! We live in a small city tho, when you get into the bigger cities you’ll pay more. I love how open your place is and how much natural light you get! 😍
thats good to know though for when we relocate someday!!
Holy balonies! I just did the math and with the conversion rate to AUD it would be $2400.00. So around $600 a week.
That’s our mortgage for a 4x2, with a pool and huge yards 😮
That’s absolutely insane to see the difference! I could not cope with a 1 bedroom 😂 I have too much stuff haha!
I also wouldn’t be able to manage without aircon cause of my chemical menopause hot flushes lol.
I will say that it compares to our apartments in the city, I’m about a hour out of the city so that’s why I’m able to get more for my money.
You’ve def set it up super cute tho! ❤
oh my gosh yeah thats so crazy the differences..aleisha said something similar too! I thought we were getting a good price here 😂
So crazy to compare different places. $1600 a month here gets you a 3 bedroom house around 1400 sq. Ft with a yard 😮😮😮
aahhh I need to move out of this city!! 😂
What city you in?
Such an incredible place with such history!! Do you happen to know if the apartments are bigger than the old hotel rooms used to be? I feel like if they kept the rooms the same size, those would’ve been HUGE hotel rooms.
thats a great question and I truly am not sure! youre right..they wouldve been pretty big, especially back then!
@@LivinLargewithLCruu If you ever find out, let us know!
❤❤❤
lol love how you kept the phone call in. 😂 Wow this Florida girl can’t hang. No a/c or heat… 😮😂 I feel like the price honestly seems cheap for a big city in this economy. You can’t get anything for under $1600 per month in Florida right now and if you do it’s not in a safe place. It’s crazy the price of everything right now. The fact that you pay that so close to central locations seems like a good grab. I love how you described the building haha. American horror lol. The building is so cool. I agree on the awkward gym window lol.
thats so crazy that theres two extremes!! like I think this is cheap for the city and you would say its cheap for florida but texans and canadians are replying saying it’s expensive for the space!
@@LivinLargewithLCruu yea Florida is one of the most expensive places to live right now. It didn’t use to be that way though. Texas has always been the cheapest home prices. They have always been able to get huge ranches and plots of land for what we pay on a quarter acre lot lol. 😂
