The term for what you were discussing at 3:50 is apparently "mediated persona." It's not *not* you, but it isn't it the you that you normally are off camera, either. Think of the difference between you when you're hanging out with your friends, and the you that you are when you're with your grandmother. You would (probably) say different things to your grandma ("Please" or "Thank you") than you would to your friends ("That's what she said!" or "Dude, that was sick!") , but that doesn't mean you're lying to either one of them - it just means that different part of you are being highlighted depending on the situation you find yourself in.

I have to be honest, when I clicked on this video I wasn't sure how you two would 'act' together-like get along and how the video would look. I mean you're the two opposite kind of youtubers!
