It's because we have different centers of gravity. It's also why women are typically stronger in their legs than men.

All the young uns in the comments who think 45 is 'old' 😂 my karate instructor was about 70 and fitter than any of us in cardio, strength and sets. He just dominated. And he looked pretty normal and had no major physical issues. Made me realise how important exercise and activities are and how much we, the average westerners, have totally fallen off.
