Really interesting and great video. I actually grew up in Laporte. What I never really thought about until recently is there is no "downtown" or "old town neighborhood" like many small towns have. Wellington, Johnstown, Windsor all have a small strip of old commercial buildings as well as neighborhoods from the early 1900's. It's crazy there really isn't many buildings homes built in Laporte before the what seems like the 70's.

Oh wow! Thank you!!! Coming from a local that means a lot! It is crazy! And considering before the flood it was supposed to be THE place in Colorado. Maybe its due to the floodplain
