The canvas should be waterproof already, but if you find water does seep through, move to warm water and soft sponge or soft bristle brush, and then rinse with low pressure water
Hi folks! Loving the videos - thanks for all the advice. Any tips for cleaning inside the pop top canvas? In particular removing cigarette smoke odour from in there?
The biggest problem with the canvas top was always mould in the rear (lowest) part, where it was hard to reach. Used to have to use slightly diluted bleach to be sure to kill it off, even if the colour did suffer. Lying on your back on the upper floor scrubbing the canvas and ceiling made you realise what Michael Angelo must have gone through!
