- Yes, Poison is fun and high energy they delivered in Cleveland! Saw them decades ago 6 times and seeing Bret and Cc Deville back on stage having the best time along with Rikki and Bobby make me extremely happy🤗I don’t have ownership of any of this music or songs all ownership goes to Poison! Please leave a thumbs up 👍 a comment and share! This helps more fan’s to find our video and get to see our footage! I saw Poison in 2009 and they put on a great show in Toronto and that was 13 years ago.

Yeah, I don't think Bret and CC get along very well still. Bret was asked recently if after the success of the Stadium Tour if he thought of doing another studio album. He said probably not because fists would fly if they tried.

@@monmixer True. I'm not sure about those few grands a night. I would say more like 500 hundred. There are many singers who went solo or own the name, Tom Keifer, Taime Downe, Axl Rose many years, Stephen Pearcy, Jack Russell, Geoff Tate.
Rikki actually does well with his solo work producing and drum clinics etc. his band!
Complete redemption by this group who so many times gets laughed at. Nobody is laughing now. Stunning performance which clearly defines them as the leaders of this entire billing. The other groups didn’t stand a chance against this level of commitment. Thank you Poison, for giving us your very best.

I shunned hair metal once I heard Pantera, but damn...I am sooo glad to see these guys still playing AND kicking all forms of ass. They look like they are having a ton of fun, Brett knows how to work a crowd AND can still sing really well, and to top it off...C.C. is at the top of his game. One of the most underrated guitar players ever. I wish Jani Lane was still alive, cause Poison and Warrant would be a killer show.

I play guitar but I’ve always hated these solo sections (on any instrument), pointless waste of set time, throw in another song

Occasionally during the guitar solo sections I've seen/heard some great solos, when they're played like an instrumental song with some structure, like a Joe Satriani tune. As a guitar player myself, I enjoy those very rare moments.
But your right, I'd rather have another song in the show because 95% of these solo breaks are just not good. They remind me of people trying to show off in a guitar center. They genuinely sound disjointed and terrible.
It's worse when it's a shorter show like this with a small set list. Just a waste of time.
I would have preferred to hear “Something to believe in” versus a guitar solo wankery
@@murphyr31 you , and the comment above you are on point. In a smaller set like this, a solo section is welcome, sure, but it should be structured well enough. One guitarist I can immediately think of who does both and mixes both well is Syu from the band Galneryus. Equal parts blistering fast shred, and beautiful melodious solo lines.

Every time I hear POISON I think back to a place and time where me at 8 and my 25 year old Mother spent the summer of 86 riding around after she would get off work singing to the top of our lungs... I wish I could go back... Thank you for this video... ttransported me back in time.

@@stevenm2949 I understand your sentiments - but we as fans never really know what is going on personally with each band member, health-wise, family, other personal projects. On top of that, touring has been nearly impossible the last 2+ years. Bret sounded like he had a new found appreciation for touring and playing live that I think we all have grown to appreciate even more since the "lockdowns", which all seem even more bogus as time marches forward. All the local concerts from local bands have been just about sold out as well this year, people just want to Rock and get back to enjoying music and friends. I got that same vibe from all the bands from the Stadium Tour. Glad I went, it is a great life memory.

I seen them before anybody really knew who they was , They came to a club called Shadows in Parma on Brookpark rd in '85' and Bret handed out cans of Budweiser from the stage that was basically floor level in the very back of the club , They came back in '86' and opened for Quiet Riot at the Cleveland Agora and virtually blew Quiet Riot away
I always loved Poison. In school I remember walking around with a mini boom box playing Poison and always making sure I had enough d4 batteries, yeah I’m old.
This band has an absolute genuine vibe about them that other bands fail to deliver, and they still rock. To bad we don’t get to see they playing at night with all the light effects in full action.
Lol, picturing a boom box, damn we are old, lol, and I recorded songs off the radio with my cassette tape🙌Funny how some people praise them now but bashed them back in the day but who cares, Poison is great and I love ❤️ seeing and rocking out 🎸 to all the bands from my youth! Bret said in a interview he’ll be on tour with his band in 2024 and this tour is going over sea next year and Poison will tour again in 2025, so enjoy Poison while their together now because after next year you won’t see them together till 2025, according to Bret! Seeing them at night would be very cool and decades ago I did and it was awesome 👏 so maybe 2025 they will close on their own tour!
@@adamfanalways I still have the original open up and say ahhhhh cassette tape, but yes I remember the days of recording anything you could off the radio because in Australia sometimes cassettes were sold out, plus they never knew when they would get stock in lol hahahaha. So many people bashed all those bands back then, AC/DC, Poison,Metallica and all the hair bands of the 80’s but now it’s become hip, but these millennials will never understand what it was like back then. I glad I grew up in the 80’s, I only listen to 60’s, 70’s 80’s music and bands like Tool, Nirvana and Sound Garden of the 90’s. But I do have a spot for Audio Slave because Chris Cornell’s lyrics are special. Yes we are old, but wise!!
So true! The biggest bands right now are the tours from our generation! As long as their all selling tickets 🎫 and touring, I’ll keep going! I have old cassette tapes and some records from back in the day! I’d go and see this tour again if they do it!🤟

Bret is doing his solo tour right now but a few interviews I saw with him recently sounded like the originals will be touring again in 2025! My very first concert period I was 13 seen them in 88 Tesla opened up for them. They performed in Charleston, WV. Rikki's drums looked badass and the solo blew me away. I'm 49 now and still jamming out to them.

I was far up in the bleachers last year in Denver for this tour... I was amazed by the energy and stage presence of both Poison and Def Leppard. I want whatever they are on.

Great recording. Thanks. I went to 7 of the stadium shows and Poison owned each one. Definitely deserved to be headlining. My favorite part of this is at the end when it was obvious how much fun they were having and how much they still love the fans. And when Bobby picked up CC, that said it all.

Motley Crue & Poison are my favorite, lol, I recorded both but Def Leppard & Joan Jett are awesome to, I didn’t get to see Classless Act because of traffic but going to a concert 🎶 with bands you know and songs you love ❤️ and getting to rock out 🎸 with them is the best time! I saw Poison on more then one occasion decades ago and their just as I remember them fun and high energy! Poison wasn’t the same for me when CC got kicked out but seeing them all together having fun with Bret and CC side by side, I just smiled all the way thru! Can’t believe the tour is over, I believe September 9th is the last day! But their taking The Stadium Tour over overseas next year! Bret said he has his solo tour after that then Poison would tour again in 2025! Enjoyed your comment and thanks for watching!🤟🎶🥰

Wow, great recording!!! Poison killed it. I love how they put aside differences and were extremely professional, with one hell of a performance. I love the Crue as well but they're in it for money, Poison enjoy performing. Brett still has his voice and is so energetic, unlike Vince.

I love & Poison and Motley Crue both and I agree Bret & CC and the band really enjoy performing together and Bret has a great voice but it doesn’t matter to me that Vince isn’t perfect or not he’s never been a technical singer but sounds good for Vince and I had such a great time with both bands! We all have a different perspective on what we enjoy and there isn’t anything wrong with that! I have never seen Bret live with just his band, except on you tube and it’s good but not the same as seeing the original line up together like when I went to Cleveland & Cincinnati shows! This is my first time seeing Motley Crue and I wasn’t disappointed at all! These two bands are the reason I personally brought tickets 🎫 was to see the original Poison together and they were just as I remember them fun party band with high energy and I always loved Motley Crue but never made it to a live show and seeing Motley Crue I want to see Nikki, Tommy, Vince and Mick all together and that is what I got to do! I was smiling ear to ear, great going to a concert 🎶 were you know all the bands (except I didn’t make it to Classless Act) and I could sing 🎶 and rock out to all the music! I love ❤️ Def Leppard and Joan Jett there fantastic and great and I couldn’t record everything, even though I would’ve loved to and share those to! This is a great celebration of rock and a great line up of bands and music and I’am extremely happy Poison was your favorite and you enjoy our footage! There is enough love ❤️ for all the bands and music to go around! Wish I could go to one more show but I saw my last concert with my son August 13 to see MGK, lol, who played a great Tommy Lee in The Dirt and it was his last show in his hometown in Cleveland, lol, which is where I filmed this and he was fantastic and again the Cleveland crowd is just the best! The stadium was completely sold out to 50,000 fan’s and the traffic getting parked was awful, it took us 2 1/2 hours to park but anyway! So happy you enjoyed Poison, thank you for watching our footage🤟🎶🥰

Saw Poison in Seattle last in 2023 when they came with Motley Crue and others. Poison was fantastic.

First cassette tape I bought was Flesh & Blood when I was 11 years old when it first came out. CC Deville has been a favorite guitar player. It's always good to see bands that's been around 40+ years still rockin and jammin still.

Came home from school one day as a kid and as usual turned on MTV and saw Poisons debut of talk dirty to me..I was like who tf are they?! Their Amazing!! I been a lifelong fan since that very moment!!!

From video I’ve seen from this tour, and heard from friends who went to a show, Poison and The Crew should probably switch places in the lineup. You can tell when a band really enjoys what they’re doing.
We all have different opinions but I love ❤️ both Motley Crue and Poison, I recorded both at this show because I love them but Motley Crue & Def Leppard have sold more records and known worldwide wide and been extremely popular for decades and changed and brought a lot to there time in music 🎶 that doesn’t take away from Poison because their great but the bigger bands get to headline and this tour came around because of Motley Crue’s movie The Dirt! These bands are having a great time with each other and their crews! I’am absolutely so glad I held on to my tickets these last couple years, I had the best time at my 2 shows! But fan’s love ❤️ Poison and I do to and nothing is more fun then seeing your favorite close the show out! This whole tour is going overseas next year, then Bret said he has a solo tour line up with his band and then in 2025 Poison will tour again! Thanks for watching🤟🎶🥰
Once you figure that Poison is only playing 7 songs ( all hits) it makes a bit of a difference. They are killing it each night but they are ONLY playing the hits. That would be a great gig for a tour.

Saw them years ago open for KISS in California and they really didn't impress me. I have seem many videos of this current tour and they look tight, rejuvenated and are having the time of their lives. Not sure what finally put a spark under their ass, but glad they are rocking everybody every night, I should have gotten tickets...
Hearing fallen Angel brings me back to the concert Poison/Slaughter/Bullet Boys in 1990 when I was in high school.
