Hi A Question. I woke up 5a..m only know as church bells go off then lol. I clicked on your meditations hadn't my glasses on, love your meditations. It was meditation on out with old in with new. Where you seal friends job or home their was 3 stages. Please could you remind me which meditation I hit on it so resonated on imitations. Could have been 30 mins or hr but lol at 5a,m God knows how much time video was ?. Thank you v much ❤. Really want to do this meditation again ??
