For the second version of this guitar they swapped the volume and switch position. I saw one for 700cad with a case and I've been considering it. I own a Schecter KM-7 which is an extremely similar guitar but I like a floyd rose more than a hardtail.
It is annoying if you want a million tunings. I haven't used for years; but, I want to get it serviced and see if it can be adjusted for re-stringing for F# Standard. I am glad I kept it. Once locked in, requires minimal care. I want to save for some more lighter and ergonomic modern guitar that won't be floyd-rose. The lead tone was often beautiful; the clean tone has depth. However, I had trouble with the low end while using distortion; but, this probably has more to do with my limited knowledge of gate and drives that can help this issue. I normally wouldn't go for a guitar like this. But, it was over half price, dropped further as the body of mine had slight issue with the body.
Hi there. I got one like that but idk how to tune it. When i tune first string then others will tune down when i tune them also the first and second will tune down
0:55 you're so right to keep the Jeff Loomis jl7, she's the hottest 7 string guitar ever

tnx! that's the info I was looking for online... the second version had the "slim C" neck as well right?
@@gilmeaguitar I think so but I'm not positive. My KM-7 had a slim C neck which is nice for a 7 string, I regret selling it.
This is my dream guitar I just hate floyd rose, I maybe will go with hellraiser c7 cause its the only one available on my region
They have the same Jeff loomis guitar with no floyd also, A fixed bridge version

That is why I locked my bridge. Those bridges are a pain in the butt when it comes to tuning.
