Vw mk4 gti door inserts explained

- Nobody seemed to have any idea how to remount the inserts to the door cards after having to cut them out for upholstery. So Isort of figured something out let me know if this helps!

You could have plastic welded those original tabs actually, that’s what people usually do
xkeksasx yea there’s definitely other ways for sure. That seems more of a time consuming. I just found a way that works best for me. It’s still holding up no problem

Brandon Barnes what’s up doggie they’re still good! I used different adhesive because the glue I used in this video only worked to a certain point. I used quikfix it’s like a kneading puddy. It’s super strong and dries in minutes

They were basically eyed up. I think they were m12x2 I think try to get them a bit shorter I’d say at least just an inch
